It was a wonderful experience. The kitchen staff Me Deepak made an amazing fresh juice. Everything was amazing. The rooms are clean and inviting. The beach is open and the best part is pools are accessible until late.

Absolutely fantastic. This was our second staycation here, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again next year. Mr. Amgad is an absolute delight and truly made our trip even better. I had an excellent stay at The Retreat Palm Dubai, MGallery and can highly recommend this hotel. From the very first moment, you can feel the unique atmosphere of calm, elegance, and outstanding service. The rooms are modern, very comfortable, and exceptionally clean — perfect for a truly relaxing stay. I would especially like to highlight the friendliness and professionalism of the entire team. Every request was handled with a smile, and the service was attentive at all times without being intrusive. A special thank you goes to Karan, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and always attentive. His warm and professional attitude truly made my stay even more enjoyable and memorable. The hotel offers a beautiful beachfront location, excellent opportunities to relax, and a fantastic culinary experience. The spa and wellness area are also top-class and contributed greatly to the overall relaxation. Overall, a hotel that leaves nothing to be desired. I would happily return at any time and highly recommend The Retreat Palm Dubai, MGallery.

I had a wonderful time at the Vibe restaurant. Breakfast is amazing. The staff are all friendly and the F&B managers Amgad and Sohail made sure that our dining experience is memorable. Amgad made sure that our needs on the tables are well attended and he was very informative. The F&B experience overall was great. Also, they made us a special seafood fried rice on breakfast which made my day. Our plates and cutleries were cleared immediately as soon as they are finished. I love how they exceeded my dining expectations. Service was topnotch and beyond 5 star. Sheila at the front desk was very professional and helpful. She knows what she is doing and really made an impact during our stay.

The room was perfect al lot of space and very clean. The bed was also very good. The bathroom was very good and clean. The shower is perfect.
