The staffs were so attentive for all our needs for a family of 5. The entire team managed it so well that we were so happy with the entire stay. Can’t wait to come back. I wish I could stay longer and stay and the the amazing beach and the facilities.

From start to finish, our stay at this hotel was simply amazing! We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always eager to fulfill every guest’s wishes. Our room was not only stylish and modern but also spotlessly clean. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the view was breathtaking. The little details – from the high-quality amenities to the thoughtful welcome gestures – made our stay even more special. The breakfast buffet was an absolute highlight: a huge selection of fresh, high-quality dishes, from savory to sweet, all beautifully presented. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was equally delightful – excellent cuisine, a great wine selection, and a wonderful ambiance. The hotel grounds are impeccably maintained, whether it’s the wellness area, the pool, or the cozy lounge spaces. It’s the perfect place to unwind and leave everyday life behind. Was a beautiful Place. The staff a very lovely. I had a lovely and all wonderful. I Would love to give a Shout to Nathaniel,Assisted us with a smile Düring Out Check in anf helped us throughout our stay. A gentleman he is indeed. I will surely come back again for his honesty

what to write to make it sufficient. Absolute TOP hotel. I have stayed in many hotels in my lifetime, but The Retreat really left the most pleasant impression on me. A great combination of design, luxury, hospitality and atmosphere that is hard to describe in words. The absolute warm but unobtrusive friendliness of the staff makes you feel welcome. From the front desk, to the waiters, to the housekeeping staff, to the lifeguards - all complete professionals. Excellent cuisine that always gave plenty of choice. Absolute cleanliness and spacious, tastefully furnished rooms and public areas of the hotel. Hassle free and quiet clientele - no shouting, no reserved sunbeds by the pool from sunrise. * in a family hotel I would have expected a larger selection of children's meals or a separate children's menu/children's bar * in a family hotel I would expect to have a potty available for hire * the side overlooking the city and Burj Khalifa is a busy building (sometimes at night) = choose rooms with pool view instead
