Dinner at moana restaurant, superb service from the staff, specially from Umesh, Hazel and Jessica. Amazing food. Kindest treat for our daughter. We felt at home.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent service throughout our stay. Especially from Arshad and Dipa in the main Manava restraunt. Both went above and beyond in looking after us and making sure everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful experience at Sofitel The Palm Jumeirah last Nov 8-9, thanks to Rio. He kindly took us to our 2-bedroom apartment by club car and assisted us with all our baggage. Throughout the ride, he was very polite, accommodating, and attentive. He also shared helpful information about the nearest facilities and gave great recommendations on things to do around the hotel. Excellent service from start to finish — thank you, Rio, for making our stay even more pleasant!
