Exceptional hospitality

This is my 3rd attempt to post this review as my review seems to fail submission for some reason! This was our eighth stay at Sofitel The Palm in just two and a half years, and it continues to be a place we return to because of the people. The resort is beautiful, but the warmth and professionalism of the staff are what truly make each visit special. A special thank you to Naveed for the warm welcome and escort to our room, and to Eva from Guest Relations for the thoughtful touches that always make us feel valued. The Premier Lounge team are outstanding — Elena (Manager) and Rahul (Supervisor), along with Joseph, Justin, Akash, Zia, Jabeer, Tharutia, ChiChi, Myat, and Dirja, consistently go above and beyond. Our heartfelt thanks to Wilbert, Hong Loong Manager, who welcomes us like family. As his kabayan, I am incredibly proud of him. Warm thanks as well to Ruffa, James, Sherman, Sandy, Chef Diego, and the rest of the Hong Loong team for the wonderful food and service. Exceptional hospitality every time — we always leave looking forward to our next return in March 2026.

The stay at the Sofitel is great so far. The housekeeping anggg has been so attentive and helpful whilst we have been here.he has made sure through our stay we are comfortable. He had seen that I had done some of the kids washing and placed them on the chairs outside and given us a maiden to use to dry the clothes. He has also checked we are okay and to see if we need anything else. All the house keepers have been great. Thank you for making our stay lovely and relaxing

Our stay experience in Sofitel Dubai the palm was wonderful, but to make it even more special and memorable by vinayak we have to thank him for always keeping our room clean. We were with the kids, and they would make the room Massey . But whenever we returned, we would find our room clean. he is kind, humble very polite and very respectful about everything Thankyou so much for making our stay very memorable
