Great hotel at west palm beach!

Great place to stay! We been here allready many times, I cannot remember how often, but it’s always a place to come back again! Everything is great, rooms, amenities, beds, location etc. Staff is also great, with special thanks to the manager Sharif, and the housekeeping team who is always very helpfull Aqib and Hussain. This place feels like home!

I had an amazing stay at Fairmont The Palm, Dubai, and overall it was a truly memorable experience. The hotel is absolutely stunning, perfectly located on Palm Jumeirah, and offers a luxurious beachfront resort feel while still being close to everything. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. The room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with excellent amenities. From check-in to housekeeping, everything was handled professionally and always with a smile. I would especially like to mention Pankaj from housekeeping, who did an outstanding job and made sure our room was always perfectly maintained. While the poolside experience was unfortunately disappointing due to the lifeguards not doing their job appropriately, the private beach more than made up for it. The beach area was absolutely fantastic—clean, well organized, peaceful, and with excellent service. It was by far the highlight of the stay and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Dubai sunshine. Special praise must go to Mr. Vikas Sharma and his entire team. They worked tirelessly to ensure every guest had a wonderful experience. Mr. Vikas Sharma does his job with genuine dedication and passion and is truly an asset to the company. I honestly cannot praise him enough—he single-handedly changed my opinion of the hotel and is one of the main reasons I would happily return again. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality options, with great choices for vegetarians. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm, lively, and luxurious. I would also like to thank the entire team at the Blowfish restaurant for making me feel so welcome and always providing service with a smile. Balwant was amazing, as were Sunil, Ankush, and the rest of the team. Lastly, a big thank you to the team at the Gold Room for making our stay unforgettable. Special thanks to Amzad, Ajay, Ashis, Jai Cee, Gilbert, Roju, Myint, and the rest of the team for doing such an outstanding job. Despite the poolside experience, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return, especially for the beautiful beach and the outstanding hospitality across the hotel. Fairmont The Palm remains a wonderful choice for a relaxing Dubai getaway.

Amazing breakfast experience, the service was very quick and Sandy, Abhi and Wai were just amazing. Cannot wait to go back again and have a fabulous time.
