Hotel was amazing but Rajab made the stay even better. He was amazing with our little baby and so unbelievably helpful. My little one looked forward to seeing him every day. The hotel is so family friendly and provided a good quality cot for my baby which she enjoyed sleeping in.

Had a great experience here. Clean and friendly staff. My husband and I came to Dubai for my bday celebration. The hotel work with my parents to surprise me with flowers and a cake when we got to our room, since they couldn’t be there to celebrate with us. On top of that the hotel upgrade our room to make it extra special. Thank you Fairmont.

Food intolerances - Fairmont The Palm were excellent.

The staff generally, but especially the chefs Siddhant and Harsha in the Flow Restaurant were great and very attentive. My wife has many and varied food intolerances and they catered for everything preparing individual courses and checking they were suitable each time, which they certainly were. The food generally is very varied and excellent quality, so 2 days in to our break we are very pleased with the service and attention shown. When having many food intolerances then being able to eat with confidence when away from home is essential and the Fairmont on the Palm has done this and more, so thank you. I hope the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi is equally as good. Ruth Yates

This Hotel is far beyond from what I expected. I am quite often in Dubai and stayed at many world leading hotels around the whole world. If it’s comes to high standards, from entering the hotel onwards my overall experience where just outstanding. The whole Team is in such a thrill to do everything to make sure your stay will be perfect and unique. I extended my stay twice and think to rent a long term apartment! What else to say?! The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable. The facilities are great, you have countless options what to do as it’s perfect located. The beach is beautiful. The Serenity Spa will pamper you in a way of total calm and well being. They got an excellent service in all restaurants (and they got a lot: from Indian cuisine to beef steaks and seafood grill or international buffet) but in my case (I got to follow a very strict menu for medical reasons) Mr. Siddhant Chef Cook served me every evening not only beef but a philosophy itself!!! He is without doubts one of the reasons to extend my stay and make me happy. Thank you for that! But could mention almost everyone. Truly the whole staff is excellent in services. Also a hugh thanks to Kasun, Sumon and Nagraju who make sure my room is always made up perfectly! Thank you Kauthar for your warmth hearting care and smile! Thank you Roberto and Joel to know after just one day exactly what to bring on the table. And always leave me with a smile. Thank the whole Spa team to nourish my soul and leave me feel heavenly. Thank the whole Fairmont Team. It’s a great that my life leads me here.

Definitely recommend this hotel! The staff, especially Alp, Sangit, Emmanuel and Andrew , was so accommodating. They made the stay much more pleasant than i am used to. I am extremely happy when i booked this hotel! First tjme but wont be my last!!!
