Great stay

Booked. 2 bed suite. Was very spacious. Excellent service throughout my stay. And they gave free tickets to the Atlantis water park too with a free shuttle bus service that goes there. It’s at the end of the palm, so it’s much quieter than other areas which is nice for a relaxing stay.

All Inclusive Paradise

From the minute we arrived when reception checked us in and Stephen helped get our luggage to the room we have not been disappointed with our choice of Ultra All-Inclusive Rixos Palm and Suites for our 11 day holiday. This hotel is superb. From the house keeping to the guest services, restaurant waiters, bar staff and concierge- nothing is too much trouble. The staff here are the hotel’s greatest asset. Particular mention to Jeshica and Imran in the Nargile Bar for their excellent service and friendly hospitality. Also around the Breeze bar pool the service from Nelson, Khem , Janika and Wilson is excellent. Also look out for the lifeguard Edie - his smile will fill any area with light. He is so good with the kids and all of the guests. His smile is so infectious. (Apologies for any incorrect name spellings!!). The drinks and service from the Breeze bar are fantastic. Nothing for these guys is too much trouble. They are always at hand with great service and humour. We will truly miss our morning coffees and drinks of the day! The only improvement I can think of is for there to be better lighting for the evenings. It is very dark, with small steps here and there, so when I come back, I will probably bring a torch that is better than the one on my phone!

Excellent all over. The wellness room was possibly the largest hotel room we’ve ever stayed at. Staff was extra attentive and caring. Especially Cristy at Bar1 who made us feel extra special. The staff treats everyone like royalty. Highly recommend.
