Almost 2years of staying here, we are satisfied with the amenities of the building also the services. Most specially the team who’s taking care of the cleanliness of our room MARGARET & PAHAN. The staff was welcoming and we had some great days. The breakfast had a plentiful variety. Roomservice was always helpful and we could choose ourselves when our room should be cleaned up. (Mr Ikram Nayem Ibrahim did his best to make our stay as comfortable as possible) The suite was huge and even had a balcony. The Metrostation couldn’t be closer - just outside the hotel you can enter the station wich is a huge benefit for all travelers. A free bus ride to jumerah beach was also offered but a beach is also just 1.6 km away for those who want to explore by walking. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it anyone.

I LOVE this hotel . Mercure is one of the best hotel here in dubai. The location is good they are near to metro also ilove that they have a free shuttle service going to the jumeirah beach. Alex murillo and mr marvin help me a lot

I have been staying here from November, have an amazing experience with perfect services. Location is great, great food friendly staff. Particularly very impressive by housekeeping services and staff, they were very co operative and make sure that all the things carried out perfectly. Shout out housekeeper Saugat, Nuwann and Bassan aslo Umer from front office.
