Good service for cleaning. Staff are friendly and professional always. I will definitely be staying here anytime I am in Dubai. I would also be recommending others to visit this establishment to enjoy the experience and hospitality at Novotel Al Basha.

We chose this hotel with my wife as a honeymoon couple, we sent the honeymoon couple and my wife's birthday by mail before we arrived, we received a reply to the mail, but when we arrived at the hotel, the mediocre room was dirty and stained carpets everywhere, there was a bad smell in the room due to dirty carpet, we were afraid to step on the carpet without slippers There was no note or celebration by the hotel on my wife's birthday, we came with pool a glasses and wanted to celebrate my wife's birth with our own champagne, but we were politely dismissed officially, after that day we are constantly bothered by a female staff member, even if we drink coffee, they will think we are drinking alcohol and dismiss us, instead of having a nice holiday at the hotel, where we came with almost big dreams, we are having a restless holiday Paying paid link was waiting for when we made the reservation and the hotel sent us the wrong person's paying link and although we said it was wrong, they insist that the payment was made instead of correcting this mistake, we couldn't tell what we were saying, and we found chef emanuelle from the hotel on the instagram and contacted chef Emmanuelle, who didn't have to help us, we send our special thanks We would also like to thank the cleaner who cleaned our room for meeting our requests quickly The only smiling staff at Reception was the night receptionist lady who helped us on the first day (I can't remember the name ) Despite everything, it's been a holiday full of disappointments for us :( I wish we hadn't taken such a long vacation from here (Novotel al barsha)

The Room is very clean and very spacious the amenities are replenish everyday highly recommend ton Friends and family special thanks to the housekeeping supervisor for checking us if everything was okay I will came back again novotel dubai al barsha for stay

The housekeeping team Badri and the supervisor Jahed are very professional. They provided all the comfort needed for my stay at the hotel. Urmila from reservations is good with follow up and provided me with all details and the best room available at a good rate.The overall team and hotel is quite homely and ensures the long stay is seemless

Very nice hotel, great location couple of minutes walk to Insurance Market Metro Station, very delicious food with great variety at the restaurant, nice pools and very nice gym, extremely decent and friendly staff, many thanks to the reception team especially Mr. Alaaeldin and Ms. Ishani for their dedicated help and care 😘
