Very good location of the hotel in the center of Heraklion without being annoying, professional service and excellent behavior from the hotel staff. Special mention to Miss Areti from housekeeping for the impeccable cleanliness and arrangement of our room, her kindness and professionalism.

I am 8 months pregnant and traveling with my toddler. Booked a family room specifically to have a room for our toddler to sleep in. I also booked this hotel specifically after reviewing the room details of a "provided twin bed" and "air conditioning" - again because I am pregnant and have a small child. Firstly, there was no air conditioning. We were told we could not even turn on the fan option. We were told by the front desk we had no control over the temperature in the room, and that the hotel had central temperature control, which was set on heat. The room registered at almost 30 degree C one afternoon. The front desk told us to open a window. Only 2 of 4 windows worked. And as we were located on an extremely busy street, it was INCREDIBLY loud when we did open the two working windows. The toddler woke up sweating and crying from the noise. When I tried to help my toddler sleep by laying in her "twin bed," I realized it was NOT a bed but a couch with exposed metal springs that had a sheet on it. It was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever laid down on. We had to go to the store, buy our own fans and ear plugs, and had the toddler sleep in the main bed with us. This completely defeated the purpose of paying more for a "family room." We are exhausted from your hotel. It was far too expensive for such sub par amenities. We will not be returning. Very disappointing stay.
