Not a very nice impression from day 1 in greece. The receptionist of the morning of our arrival she started saying that she was gonna give us priority to check in, then she just let us leave our bags. We came again around 10am and we didn't like her aggressive way of replying. We just came from a long journey from uk with no sleep and this was not a nice welcome in greece. Instead the evening and night receptionist were really kind. Breakfast delicious.Room amazing.

Though the rooms were nice and clean, the service at the reception at our arrival was unpleasant and unprofessional. The person that served me appeared annoyed. I am a gold status Accor member and this was the first time I was treated poorly. I asked if it was possible to have a room upgrade and she told me the other rooms were not much nicer. I answered that I would still like one as it is part of my status benefits. She then told me that there were none available. If that were true, it would have been preferable to tell me that from the start. Instead, she was condescending about it and it affected my first impression of the hotel. That being said, her colleague that greeted my brother-in-law was very kind and welcoming, so the incident was isolated to the person that greeted me.I hope this feedback is helpful and supports Accor's mission to maintain high standards for their guests across their properties.

The staff in this hotel are the Best. From check in to check out. Reception team are welcoming and professional. Rooms are well appointed clean and comfy. Location is central and quiet.

Easy, complete, as per expectations

We had a junior suite with a terrace. The front desk check in staff was very good and professional, she provided a lot of important information to facilitate our stay. Hotel location is very good: walkable to port and town. The room was quiet. The breakfast had very, very limited "fresh" items or "heart healthy" items (items low in fat, salt, and sugar), which is how we prefer to eat/live. The size of the room and furnishings were good, but there was no bar soap in the room and the shower had only one all-purpose gel, which was odd to us. There are also no convenient hooks or rails for towels near the shower. The patio furniture was dirty and hard to make use of due to no shade or umbrella on the patio. Overall, a good stay despite lacking some things which would easily elevate this hotel and make us consider staying again. Thank you.
