Mid-scale hotel for short and longer stays

A modern nod to Alsace with neat and refined decor, the Novotel Suites Colmar Centre offers contemporary, spacious bedrooms in the city center. Offering a rich and varied buffet breakfast, our hotel in Colmar also has a Boutique Gourmande where you can buy local products.

Our Colmar hotel is ideally situated - near the Unterlinden museum, Saint-Martin church and La Petite Venise with its canals and half-timbered houses. During the festive season, you are a five-minute walk from the Christmas market. With the TGV railway st The Christmas market is only a 5-min walk during the holiday season. Close to the A35 exit, the hotel also has a parking garage for 20 EUR/night by reservation and subject to availability, free for bikes.

Wonderful Hotel, Especially for Walkers

My husband and I, both in our 70’s, spent five nights at this hotel in a large Executive room (402). It is a pretty and easy walk from the train station and an easy walk to “Little Venice”, and the old town. Many cafes, restaurants, shops, markets, churches…. We walked everywhere. We did 3 day trips by train to Basel 👎, Strasburg 👍, and to the Chateau Haut Koenigsbourg Castle👍. There is a water filling station right by the elevators, with Glass bottle to fill and take to your room. That was a nice touch. Our room was large, with a refrigerator and microwave and plenty of storage. Fabulous shower! All staff was wonderful, including housekeeping, and, especially receptionists Ivan and Michaela, who always greeted us with a smile and happy to make suggestions and advise. A special thanks to Michaela, who assisted us with plans for the castle, and especially her help in getting us to Strasburg when our train was canceled right before departure. That is customer service over and beyond. We will definitely stay here if we are ever lucky enough to travel to Colmar again.
