It was short, nothing but amazing hotel. Really nice gym and spa. Service was great. The people in the hotel were really friendly, they explain everything and because I was a member of ALL.com they gave us a free drink that we didn't use but it was a nice touch.

5 star hotel in warsaw

We had a very special time. The bar of the hotel is one of the best . The location is exactly in the center. Very clean, and the spa was great. Disadvantages : the breakfast, not like other 5 star hotels, limited variety and everything was already prepared, ended to be cold . The view of the room was interior and was disappointing.

Simply one of the best hotels I have stayed in. First class service, great room, great amenities and the best best sheets. Nothing was too much trouble and the gesture at the end (the concierge and Eric know that I mean) was so wonderful. I would not hesitate to return. The only problem now is that I have been spoilt.

Not a 5 star hotel

We had an insects infestation in our room. Although it was fixed, we did not get offered to change room. Further, we did not receive any form of apology from the staff at the time of check out. Far from being a 5 star hotel. Will never stay at a Raffles again. I wrote twice by X with no response. Very sad and disappointing.

The staff folded my clothes and laid them out nicely while they didn’t need to. Truly exceptional service here. The heated floors and towels were next level. Great ambience, kind staff. I would love to come here again because this is the best hotel ever!
