The hotel is very recommendable. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist and answer my questions... central location made it easy to explore warsaw city center. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for the price.

Review should be 4.5 but that was not possible Location - great Staff - great Rooms and beds - large, clean and comfortable Breakfast- great I stayed in family room with 2 daughters - they shared a huge comfortable king size double & I took the 3rd bed (sofa bed) which was still comfortable The room provided a free security safe which was welcome The check in/ out process was smooth and all staff were friendly and very helpful. All staff spoke English which was most welcome. The only minor issue was that to turn on shower light you had to turn on all room lights which disturbed children. However we worked around this and overall it was only a minor problem. I always rate a place on whether I would return and this is a 100% yes.

Comfortable Hotel in a Good Location

Good location, only a 10 minute walk from Warszawa Centralna, and approx. 30 minutes walk to the old quarter. Well connected by tram and metro. Some rooms in the hotel have been recently renovated, and rooms are large and comfortable with good adjustable air conditioning. We had requested a higher floor in advance of check in, and this request was granted. All staff were very good to deal with and available to provide any information required during our staff. We would not hesitate to return.
