Novotel Warszawa Centrum 4 نجوم

We arrived at the hotel on 23.01 at 12, immediately settled in, although check-in begins at 14. Our room was on the 25th floor, the elevator is fast and by card, the room is small but clean and comfortable, great view. Bed linen and towels were not changed during the 3 days of our stay. The breakfast is very tasty, a lot of choice, if you do not have time for breakfast, they will make you a lunchbox with you. Special thanks to the girl from the reception Anna! Helped me find an auto mechanic as our car wouldn't start. Defended our rights when the auto mechanic demanded 4 times more than the amount that was called in the car service. The guys who were at the reception looked frostbitten, they only said that you should figure it out yourself, no one will help you. There are cons, but only for the presence of Anna at the reception I put 10))

We visited hotel as 4 person. 2 Adults, 2 child + dog. Very good service, room cleanliness, breakfast. If you want to be near front street window in the morning sitting and see al the street, be quick :) Also for dogs it is small green area back in hotel, for our small dog it is ok, but for others it can be too small. I also recommend Mr. Waldemar from reception. He is professional and very flexible also very informative and flexible and made our stay perfect. Also we recommend tartar in hotel restaurant it is perfect. Also other dishes are 5/5

The only star I give is for the good location and fantastic concierge. Currently I am in process of submitting the crime notification on the police.Due to rush to the airport I didn't pack all my staff. Even though I am perfectly sure where and what I left and I provided the location of things housekeeping is claiming that the found only the less valuable things of those that I left.Thats totally unacceptable!!!I do not recommend this hotel at all.Prices of 4 star, security of side road motel for truck drivers. As a cherry on the top cold water early in the morning. I do not recommend the hotel to anyone, there is plenty of other hotels in Warsaw .

Good service, but check your invoice before you depart. They tried to charge me for drinks at the hotel’s restaurant, which I handed voucher for in, did not apply 15% off, which my room entilted me too. When checking out I asked twice to see my charges before my credit card got charged, the girl pretended to be deaf and went ahead and still charged my card and tried not to show the tax invoice. I am sure it was not mistake but delibrate action just to skin me off. What a shocking experience. The manager told me that I can trust people there but suggested to always check. Shocking

Magic view! Good breakfast, recommended stay here. Free charge for car, near a lobby. New years presents for our kids!))) super location hotel, near from center, from shops center and old town. Well gum and spa center with panoramic on city.
