Very supportive team at reservations (Ms Joanna) and front desk (Mr. Kamil). They displayed their ability to anticipate their clients needs at all stages of the booking and stay. Hence the venue comes highly recommended by me who book this hotel for my clients fairly regularly.

This was my third stay at the Novotel Warszawa Centrum; I was first there about 6 or 7 years ago. It is a fairly large hotel which also hosts meetings and conferences. The front desk personnel are all very efficient and helpful (I forgot my adapter for Polish electrical outlets and they found one to lend me for my three days there.) They also held a suitcase for me over a long weekend when I was traveling to another city for a few days. The hotel is located just a few blocks from the main train station (Centralna). Everyone manning the front desk speaks English quite well. The hotel, as with all Polish hotels in which I’ve stayed, is very clean. Maid service is quite good, as are the bed linens and towels. Air conditioning is also fine. Their breakfast buffet selection is quite extensive with pretty much everything one might want: a variety of breads and rolls; a number of different forms of eggs; sliced cold meats; cheeses, including swiss, brie, bleu, and so on; fresh cut up fruit; sliced vegetables; a variety of teas and coffee; and sweets. When one is there for a few days, one notices that their kitchen changes the offerings a bit from day to day, though the main menu items are constants. Offerings are constantly replenished. The rooms are not terribly large (I have not stayed in their largest suite), but they are definitely not too tight if only one or two people occupy them. Elevators are generally quite quick. There is a open space sort of restaurant in the hotel’s VERY large lobby, though I have not eaten there. The hotel is near restaurants and stores, as well as Centralna and the medium-sized mall right behind it. Generally, one can find a taxi in the driveway just outside the hotel’s west side. (toward Centralna) All-in-all, this hotel is a very good choice if one wants a very nice hotel in a central location with good services and a helpful, friendly staff, but does not want to spend too much money. It is not a budget hotel, but is a bit higher in price than that category, closer to a mid-price, but with great value for the money.

Very disappointing, terible aircon and wifi

Very disappointing. I stayed in the Old Town Ibis a week before and thought this would be an upgrade. Aircon barely works and it was very hot in Warsaw when I visited. Worse the internet in the room was terrible. When I queried this with reception their tech support said it was the security settings in my laptop. I then pointed out that my laptop worked pefectly in their lobby but not in the room. I am a big Accor fan, book it whenever possible. Please buck up our ideas on this Novotel. It is not a 4 star hotel. The old town Ibis is much better.

I have spent some very enjoyable nights at the Novotel. If you can get a view of the city centre you will be delighted, its really beautiful. Very comfortable beds, decent breakfast and friendly staff. Football matches played in the bar and a great selection of beers. I would like to thank the man at reception Przemek who gave me suggestions on where to eat, what to see and they were not at all touristy places. I hope I will be able to come back here again sometime.

Great hotel. Room is beautiful and very clean. We visit Warsaw very often and always choose Novotel Warsaw centrum. The restaurant at the hotel is good food is very tasty and staff are friendly a specially Mr. Ihsan is very professional. Location of the hotel is perfect.
