Noisy but nice

Small rooms but clean and functional, well located with metro and tram service a few minutes from the front door....however this is also a problem as the hotel is very noisy with sirens, trams, cars etc all audible from even the higher floors. Staff were all friendly, I didnt eat breakfast in the hotel as it wasn't inc in my package.

Good breakfast, parking close to the hotel despite being in the very city centre. Great assistance from Diana and the rest of the staff.

Everything was excellent, especially the breakfast. Mrs. Katarzyna, the restaurant manager, was truly amazing. She listened to all our requests, understood everyone’s needs, and was always helpful and smiling. She made us feel completely at home

Excellent location and breakfast lower floors need better connectivity (no usb ports in 6th floor room) and better wi fi on top floors

Stayed from 20 to 22 November. Nice hotel, good size room but I wasn't able to program the air conditioning to a higher temperature, so my room was unconfortably cold. But the worst experience was the diffuculty in having the invoice for the breakfasts that I paid directly. I paid for the 2 breakfasts during check in and asked for an invoice of the paiment with the name of my company, and left my business card with all the necessary informations, so that I could be refunded of that amount. The receptionist informed me that they would issu the invoice during check out. When I checked out, the receptionist informed me that they would send the invoice by email within 24H. I shouldn't have accepted that!. The 24th, and haven't still received the invoice, I called the hotel and emailed them. When I finally received the invoice, it was with the wrong name! Up to this day, and after several contacts, the hotel is still ignoring my request! Without the correct invoice I will not be refunded by my company! My advise to whom ever visits this hotel is: NEVER LEAVE THE HOTEL RECEPTION DESK WITHOUT YOUR INVOICE!
