It was a beautiful hotel, everything was accessible and clean and very comfy rooms! The pillows were amazing! The breakfast had multiple options and the staff was friendly and kind! Would recommend to anyone coming to Warsaw!

We booked via BA holidays superior twin and king. Lovely well appointed rooms. Able to manage the room temperature too. Helpful staff and great location. Lovely pool and sauna. Perfect hotel for our weekend adventure to Warsaw. Great location being only 15 min walk to old town centre and royal castle and 15 cab from WAW airport. FYI use Bolt app to get around Warsaw - really cheap and convenient… unless you can navigate the metro.

My clients booked two rooms before and after their flight. The hotel's service is absolutely not up to par with a 5-star hotel. There's no customer focus. The clients had paid for two nights, one with breakfast, the other without. Ultimately, the hotel refused them breakfast. This is because the reservations department or check-in department was inattentive. We do not recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel Enormous comfy beds and rooms very spacious Buffet breakfast excellent range of food enormous including omelettes cooked to order in front of you and croissants made by pastry chef Table clearing staff a little to eager taking plates whilst people still eating or while getting more food Coffee drinkers need to be prepared to queue for one machine Tea drinkers as I am had to make own teabags which is a different experience
