We had a wonderful vacation at the Sofitel Victoria Hotel that exceeded all our expectations. To begin with, the rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, well equipped down to the smallest details, and spotlessly clean. The hotel truly thinks of every little detail to ensure a perfect stay. The breakfast was outstanding and far beyond expectations – from fresh juices, a wide variety of pastries, an omelet station, fresh fruits, and many more delicious surprises. It was definitely the best meal of the day. The staff is simply amazing, kind, and attentive, always ready to help with any request. My husband celebrated his birthday during our stay, and they helped me organize a small surprise in the room. In addition, the complimentary hot chocolate and mulled wine served to hotel guests completely elevated our experience. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Old City. There is no doubt that we will return.

Nice hotel apparently built during the Communist era. Near the river and within walking distance of Market Square. Very nice and helpful staff. Learn a greeting or two in Polish. It will make the doormen and front desk smile that you took the effort. Reasonably priced. There is a pool and laundry service. Nice clean rooms. There is a bar and restaurant located within the hotel.

Excellent hotel!!! It was just perfect! Very central location to reach the Old town on walk - about 10min - and any other major spot by Bus. Direct bus to/from the Chopin airport makes this hotel the perfect location to discover Warsaw. The room was very comfortable and spacious. But more important, breakfast was simply great!! huge variety - excellent service with the personnel ready to help. Just a 5 start choice from any point of view.

unacceptable 5 star hotel with very poor aminities

very dissapointing. I went there several times before Covid. The tv channels choice is very poor. Just news !!!the only film channel is Polish with a single voice over. One Polish person is speaking over the voice of all the other actors. This is 2025 not 1950.!!! I have travelled round the world and never seen such a poor choice of TV in a 5 star Hotel .The courstesy toileterie is a joke . You get one shower cap per family ,1 pack of 2 cottons buds!!. The breakfast staff hardly speaks Polish nor English. No teababgs on Monday morning !!. I booked the hotel including breakfast and at checking you are told Breakfast is not included. !!! very bad hotel indeed.
