Great service, location and value for money. Enjoyed my stay and I’m definitely coming back there whenever I’m in Warsaw. Would recommend to anyone visiting Warsaw and hope to stay there again as well. The rooms, services, and food are all excellent.

First visit to Warsaw and what a great place to base yourself to explore the city. The hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly. It was an excellent experience. The hotel location is perfect.

Fantastic location close to wverything whats important. Staff in the reception very helpfull, nice welcome prepared by Julia. Room was very clean, comfortable bed, service very good. Restaurant Winestone with very interesting menu. I would certainly recommend!

This was my third or forth stay in Mercure Warsaw Centrum and was great, as usual. The location is excellent: five minutes walk from the central station, opposite to Zlota Mall and ten minutes walk from the synagogue. The room is big, very well preserved and equipped: big bed, refrigerator, safe deposit box, reliable wi-fi. The only thing to improve is the check-in and check-out process which is rather slow. No doubt this is my target hotel in Warsaw.
