Comfortable bed, yes small room but everything in good condition, very nice shower. Breakfast with small variations from day to day regarding the hot food options. Overall had a nice stay, very clean, comfortable bed. Room could use more storage space as it only has a small space for hanging clothes, no drawers at all. Couple of things needed attention and maintenance responded very quickly. Breakfast included in my stay was very good, better than average. Would return.

He sido huésped frecuente este año, acumulando ya tres semanas D. estancia. Agradezco L. atención en las habitaciones, pero me preocupa no haber recibido los puntos correspondientes, algo que sí obtengo en otras plataformas. Además, he notado falta D. limpieza en áreas comunes y fallas con las llaves electrónicas. Espero puedan tomarlo en cuenta y brindarme una solución.

Well located - Could use more maintenance

It was well located to the convention centre north of the Central city and has a convenient mall, corner store (OXXO) and pharmacy. Upon arrival, the nightstand and bathroom sink lights did not work, the shower was clogged (I could see hair in the drain), and the curtain would not open. They fixed most the next day but the curtains did not function properly. Additionally, the bedroom door scanner kept falling off when you shut the door and the door wouldn't shut well. There is no safety box and no small fridge. Water wasn't provided (important in a country where water from the faucet is not drinkable). On the plus side, the breakfast was good and plentiful and having an ironing area on each floor was great.
