We didn't get the room we booked and paid for, we booked a room with 2 double beds ocean view, we got a room with one double bed facing north.. when I returned to the front desk to explain they said they would upgrade me to a room with 2 single beds and a roll out bed ... I couldn't get them to understand it's not a upgrade it's a downgrade from what we booked and paid for, the manager wasn't helpful but smug,.. management explained sarcastically that the booking system had frozen and was being rebooted and I could stand at the counter and wait or have a complimentary drink at the bar... ( The 3 other front desk staff weren't having issues checking people in on supposed frozen rebooting computer system). In the end we didn't get what we booked and paid for, apparently the free mini bar consisting of 3 drinks and a kit kat was the big upgrade... The room was tired, old, dirty, the phone didn't work, the wifi access code nowhere to be found.. long black hairs in the bathroom, zero hand sanitizer at anytime at dispensers in the foyer, dirty room, I wouldn't recommend staying here after our experience... We were very disappointed and honestly felt ripped off...

Noises from outside can be heard from inside. Great job for housekeeping team for cleaning the rooms on a 100%. Service int he reception needs to be improved.
