Easy to get to with public transport, staff helpful. Only found the swimming pool too small and crowded with people jumping in despite rules saying no. Special shoutout to Michael at concierge for his amazing work! Very patient and helpful!

I have been a long-time guest of this hotel and believe it requires improved management. The restaurant needs a complete overhaul, including food and staff. The room cleaning service also needs attention. It is disappointing to see the hotel’s management and operational standards declining despite its premium location. I will reconsider my booking in the future.
