We had wonderful time during our stay. Food at the hotel is delicious. Restaurant staff (laxmi, joy and others), housekeeping and reservation staff are professionals and courteous with guests.

The staff at Grand Mercure are extremely warm, responsive, proactive and professional. From the kitchen team, through to the dining service team, the front desk team and room service team. All staff take pride in really looking after customers, quickly understanding their preferences and tailoring service to meet their needs. I have stayed in this hotel on several occasions, and this high level of customer attention has never wavered. There is very low turnover of staff which makes sense because staff who are treated well, will treat their customers well.
