It was my pleasure to be hosted at IBIS styles hotel Vaihingen. I am a frequent Traveller and used to stay at 4* Hotels.This level of a hotel servces all needs to get covered. Maybe I will stay more often at this hotel range.

Beware of hidden charges

Stayed one night using online check-in, selecting check-in before 12:00 noon. Online system did not indicate any extra costs for that. I checked in around 12:00 noon and reception did also not indicate any costs for checking in now. I only dropped my luggage in my room which I would have been happy to leave at reception if they would have told me of the extra costs. I checked out at around 7:30 am the next day, to find the 25 EUR was added to my 89 EUR bill which represents a hidden charge of 28%. Thank you for nothing. I will choose another hotel next time.

I left a card in the light slot (it was cold and I wanted to leave the heating on), the card was a Metro Card with $27 credit. When I came back to my room, the card had gone, the only people to have entered my room presumably, were the cleaning or other hotel staff. I challenged the front desk who promised to investigate. Each day they were still "looking" but not prepared to refund my lost credit. This continued for 3 days until I checked out. I now have no recourse and am disappointed in how they didn't handle this problem. I will undoubtedly stay again as it is convenient for my Stuttgart trips, but I will not be leaving anything of any value in the room.

I liked most of the things there. Positive experiences: - Hotel is clean and comfortable - No problem with the cards for the Doors - 24/7 reception, with nice and kind people - Easy check-in check-out - You can eat anytime, there are some sandwiches and food boxes - Good breakfast including a pancake machine - Good and stable internet connection Can be improved: - More pillow option, like a smaller one - Internet connection for the TV, for online movies - To have mini fridge in the room

This hotel is super clean, nice, stylish and cozy. The location is fantastic. Close to S bahn, just 5 minutes walking. you can easy reach Stuttgard Messe/airport , so the city center. Both aprox. 15 min by S bahn.

overall - good experience, comfortable room, convinient location; confusing though was info on a hotel web page that parking is included; yes - but .... if there are places available in front of the hotel - yes - but if not - a parking is offered in close by building for extra charge (I think it was 12 Euro per night); so if it is conditional inclusion - pls make it clear on your web page;

New hotel, modern style. Rooms are quite small but comfortable. Same for bathroom: small but comfortable walk in shower. Beds are very good. This is all you need for a good nights' sleep. Reception staff was very slow and unprofessional in my case. And do not go there by car because parking is a disaster. There is a - paid - solution but the procedure is complicated and you still have to walk half a mile...

Very close to city center and Messe / Airport thanks to the S bahn Small but comfortable room, with a very comfortable bed and almost no noise (although I was in front of the lift) Just missing a parking.

Check in was a breeze. Room and bathroom is clean and location is excellent. Staff are friendly during the stay. I check out the night before my early flight with no issues. This location is within office area but it’s close by shopping and eateries with about 1-2km walk away.
