Everything was absolutely perfect, however, I really feel that the Hotel needs to have some stricter provisions around children staying at the hotel. We travelled with our 14 year old daughter and she would behave like some of the kids at home, let alone at a hotel with other guests! The pool was too raucous, too many loud games, kids running around the pool, kids running through the breakfast buffer in bathers and wet, kids loitering in hallways at early hours of the morning and late at night - sitting in the hallways outside rooms in groups! We have been coming to this hotel for 30 years with our daughters from a very young age and we would not allow our daughters to behave like this! Our 14 year daughter couldn’t believe the kids were behaving like this. The parents are on holidays and not parenting. It really was the biggest annoyance of our holiday! We see you hotel as a luxury getaway and particular a place for rest in Noosa. I think you need to have a stricter policy with children upon checking with the parents or have a minimus age of 16, but still have strict guidelines. The other thing that was particularly disappointing was guests from Seahaven blatantly coming into Elysium. There are a lot of entitled minded people that come to Noosa and the parents and kids think they can just bunny hop between hotels.

We had a wonderful stay at Elysium in Noosa. My partner and I originally booked the Wellness Suite - and were quite excited - but were changed to a Junior Pool Suite due to maintenance. While there was a mistake with our booking initially, what really stood out was how professionally and genuinely it was handled. Romanta Pais went above and beyond to correct the issue, turning what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one. Her care and attention made us feel truly valued as guests. Her expertise in hospitality and customer service goes to the heart of cultivating a luxury hotel experience. The hotel itself is fantastic, with amazing amenities and facilities throughout. The rooms after the renovation are spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated, making the stay very comfortable. The pool bar was a particular highlight — a great atmosphere, excellent drinks, and the perfect place to relax. Overall, Elysium delivered a memorable experience. We would love to stay there again and recommend it to others.

Great location and lovely rooms Bar Capri was my only issue at breakfast time Very slow service even when it was empty At one point t I was trying to order at the register and I counted 8 people behind the counter and none of them would serve me.

We love the new renovations, adored our river room, sunsets were amazing. Having visited Sofitel/now Elysium for over two decades. It’s our favourite place to stay in Noosa. A few teething problems with Accor memberships and many new inexperienced staff. Inability to apply Accor discount for breakfast maybe it’s the new booking system. Cibaria was sensational food, breakfast was absolutely out of this world. Luckily we found a few of the original Sofitel people, who made up for everything else, hugs and Happy Christmas.
