ii have the pleasure, i stayed in this hotel, its beautiful hotel, ,a treat for the eyes. i stayed in classic king room.. the only problem i had was the room provided only one chair to sit,for two persons ,there should be two chairs. also their was not any small table to keep your cup of tea... they told me the room is designed ,this way only,and relctently they provided one more chair and one round stool 15 inch dia,

In 20 years of international travel, my travelmate and I found La Coupole to be the very best hotel we have ever experienced. The stunning architecture and extraordinary creative attention to theme and detail in the interior design are matchless. We never wanted to go outside! But that was just the beginning. The staff met the highest standards of professionalism, with focus on customers and attention to visitors’ needs. I want to give a shout-out to some very special staff. In our 3 days we enjoyed 3 massages; Mai and They and Thanh excelled in their treatments. At the front desk Vanessa Huyền provided exceptional support, answering our questions, helping us arrange transportation, and making sure we senior independent travelers were comfortable in an unfamiliar place. Her initiative and thoughtfulness will be remembered as a highlight of our 4-week visit to Vietnam and Cambodia. The dining room environment and service made us want to linger at every meal. The breakfast buffet offering was thoughtfully organized and offered a fine array of options. Each dish we were served at lunch and dinner was exquisite in its presentation. The one area we would identify for improvement is the temperature: we wished for the hot dishes to be hot when they came to the table, and we would have preferred more interesting seasoning. One exception was our soups; both pumpkin and onion were delicious. I am thrilled my travelmate included a visit to Sapa on this trip and I will forever remember the joy we experienced at La Coupole.

After a long journey to reach Sapa, I was greeted by the receptionist, Ms. Jenny. We were surprised with an upgrade to a junior suite. The hotel architecture was magnificent, and the service from all hotel staff was excellent. It felt like all hotel staff genuinely worked with heart and welcomed all guests. I think this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

I am very satisfied with my stay there. Upon arrival all staff were very polite, accommodating and helpful. I loved the complimentary hot chocolate drink , perfect for the cold weather. We reserved seats for the afternoon tea. Me and my daughter enjoyed every bit of what was served. The hotel as a whole was charming and picturesque. We regretted we didn’t bring swimwear coz the warmed pool was so enticing. The breakfast buffet was full and had a lot of variety to choose f.. I so loved the Vietnam Coffee with sweetened milk that I consumed 3 servings making me palpitate afterwards. The stay was indeed very memorable and worth the trip! If asked to return if given the chance, I would definitely! I love Hotel de la Coupole- Mc Gallery! 10/10

The property was well-located and beautiful. What really made our visit experience beautiful was Ha in the receptionist area. He booked our excursion with expert advice, anticipating our needs and exceeding our expectations. Ha also encouraged us to have dinner in the restaurant for my birthday and had our table decorated and arranged for a birthday cake. Ha is a class act and brings your commitment to service alive.
