The most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in- our room was perfect, the views were incredible and the service was outstanding. It is such a uniquely designed and decorated hotel and everything is work of art Breakfast was perfect and had so many choices , all of such a high standard The location is perfect and the train station to Fansipan is within the building We would totally recommend they place

This is our second time visiting this hotel. Yet again, the welcome and the service was perfect. The bedroom was clean and we were provided with everything we would expect in a five star hotel. The breakfast buffet provided such a wide choice of food. We had a wonderful dinner in the evening and special thanks to our server, Chang Isaac. He is so charming and we remember him from our last stay.

Location was very convenient with the funicular station downstairs. The hotel was truly luxurious and so beautifully done. Rooms were decent size for two, view from balcony of street, with balcony doors closed, was quiet. Block out blinds were also great for morning sun! The room had Kettle and basic teas and coffee. Could do with some more power points but survived. Smart TV with plenty English channels. Breakfast buffet amazing, many choices. Pool was seriously next level and definitely the reason we chose to stay here. The Spa was well priced and again, the ambience and style of rooms were excellent. All staff were lovely and accommodating.

Amazing hotel, interior, staff, and location. This is one of the best hotel in Sapa. Its near to recreation area like fansipan , viettrekking coffee. Just walk no need taxi. And also, in sapa its hard to use grab. Better you call the taxi on site. And this hotel is easy to find taxi , also the staff help me to call the taxi and bring my big luggage to car 🥰. But , you must provide some money for deposit. The deposit amount is 1.… VND. But its okay for me
