An amazing stay at this MGallery hotel in Sapa Have always loved the MGallery collections of hotel & this one is really one of the most interesting one that I've stayed Everyone from front of the house to the unsung heroes of the back of the house, housekeeping, laundry , culinary team have all just been absolutely amazing I would like to give thanks to the whole team instead of singling out anyone as I think it's not fair that for the last contact with the hotel upon checking out & then only naming the person who did the check out! Breakfast was great. The spa & pool are greatly underutilized & it was such a shame. The fact that the hotel was so IG friendly is a bonus but ultimately it's the service ethos that really stood out Kudos to the team !

Fantastic Service and Hospitality I recently stayed at this hotel for a few days, and I have to say it was an incredible experience. While the facilities were excellent, what stood out the most was the superb service from the staff. In particular, Ms. Vinh deserves special recognition. She was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Whether it was helping us with local recommendations or promptly addressing our needs, her friendly attitude made a big difference. Thank you, Ms. Vinh, for making our trip so enjoyable! We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL. From the lobby, to the restaurant, to the indoor swimming pool and down to the rooms, the whole hotel is so pretty to look at. Service was good and as expected of a 5-star hotel. We loved that the hotel is centrally-located. Easy to explore the sights around town on foot.

Hotel de la Coupole offers a wonderful combination of luxury and comfort. The highlight of my stay was the impeccable service provided by Tina and Hieu from the front desk. Hieu and Tina were extremely friendly, efficient and always ready to help. The hotel’s interior and facilities are world class, making it a must-see destination in Sapa.

I had a wonderful time at Hotel de la Coupole! The hotel is beautifully designed and every detail was perfect. A special thank you to Hieu and Quynh at the front desk for being so helpful and attentive. They made sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. This was the best hotel experience I have had in Vietnam.
