Moving line mixed with counter, when we were lining up, someone cut the line and the staff served them first. When we asked about shuttle, the first staff replied only has small bus, but the second staff we asked said the hotel doesn’t have such service.

Booked this luxury hotel in Sapa with very high expectations. It is indeed a beautiful place with unique architecture at every corner of the hotel. The management carefully prepared a birthday surprise in the room with a cake, a plate of fresh fruits and a hand written card by the hotel manager. The only downside of this hotel is that certain parts of the room look old and dated, especially the bathroom. There was even permanent stain in the bathtub. For the same price we probably would love to try other premium hotels if we visit Sapa again.

I came to Sapa to celebrate New Year with my daughter and Vietnamese colleagues. I really appreciate the location and the breakfast. We enjoyed a wide variety of quality food and drink. I plan to come back to this hotel again this year.
