This beautiful ‘Parisian Fashion Themed’ vintage styled hotel designed by renowned architect Bill Bensley is absolutely worth the stay. Its location is conveniently a walk away from the main market street & local cafés. The rooms a decadent & the bar a scene from the Great Gatsby. The staff are professional & courteous. Food is definitely priced higher but there are plenty of local restaurants close by. Draw back: Not much of a view from the balconies.

The hotel is amazing from the the check in to the check out everything in this hotel is nice the decoration were spectacular the bed were comfortable location amazing near everything the breakfast sooo good international and local food loved it i even tried their spa were amazing the indoor swimming pool very luxurious 💕i loved everything in the hotel

I booked the hotel for its high reputation among travellers and excellent location in the centre of Sapa town for easy access by walking to all places of interest and eating out options. Througout our stay from December 2 to 5, 2025 (3 nights), the hotel staff provided highly professional service to our family. Noteworthy to mention the attention of your Duty Manager Banh who kindly assisted in fixing some system discrepancy in Accor to manually issue complimentary drinking vouchers in lieu of unused online ones but listed by trhe system as overdue due to our 2 continuois online confirmed reservations made for 3 night stay at the hotel on Accor app. The hotel sumptuos buffet breakfast did energize us for daily tours within Sapa and/or outside of the town. I would highly recommend the hotel for fellow travellers visiting Sapa.
