What a Grand Hotel and wonderful stay. I can't imagine a better location, with views of the mountains, from the mist to wispy clouds, spectacular! The room was immaculate and comfortable, excellent value. We slept well. Room service (inexpensive for the quality and quantity!) was wonderfully delicious, as was breakfast. If staying in Sapa, we would definitely stay here. **The staff were very attentive and helpful, only adding to the grandeur.

We spent 3 nights in early November. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The decor in throughout the hotel is out of this world! That was the reason I booked and very happy that we did. We booked a trip to Fansipan Mountain at the hotel which gave us access to a fast pass. The young man (didn't get his name) even took us to the lounge where we gained access to the tram and first to board. Going up to the mountain was the highlight of our trip to Sa Pa. Our room was very comfortable and nicely decorated with comfy bed linens. Like all the hotels we stayed at in Vietnam I found the bed to be a bit hard, but still was able to have a good nights sleep. Breakfast was FANTASTIC! Such a huge selection of different types of food. Staff were very nice and helpful. I would have to say the best thing about the hotel was the pool. It is so beautiful and its like being transported back to the 1930's. The temperature of the water was wonderful and warm and the sunbeds were so comfortable. There was lots of them and never crowded. The weather in Sa Pa took a turn and was rainy for the last couple of days so we spent time lounging by the pool. We used the gym a few times and found it to be ok. Just wanted to recommend a spa that is just across the street called the Summit. I had the best hair wash for very cheap. I walked out with my hair feeling so clean and soft! Also, we ate every dinner at a restaurant called Corner Cuisine. The food was very good and the people were so friendly. Our stay at the hotel was great and we would highly recommend to anyone staying in Sa Pa.

Loved my stay there at the hotel which centrally located. Staff members were amazing (Vinh, Linh), these ladies were very professional and welcoming. Vinh made a great impression on us, she gave us great suggestions and clear communication. My Mom loves the pool and I love the decor.
