We decided to visit Sapa after reading about Hotel de la Coupole in a weekend newspaper supplement The French colonial architecture and the indoor swimming pool with chandeliers was irresistible On arrival the hotel did not disappoint and the staff were always very attentive and helpful We had pre-purchased tickets to Mount Fansipan through the hotel and the station for the train to the cable car is in the same building as the hotel - this was a great experience and we highly recommend it The restaurant was very good both in terms of menu choices, food quality, presentation and staff friendliness Well done Hotel de la Coupole
