My 8 night stay at hotel perfectly located near the central square, it offers the ideal base for exploring Sapa. Diamond Perks & The Suite: As a Diamond member, I was upgraded to a lavish, thoughtfully crafted suite. While the design was stunning and housekeeping kept it spic and span, the room would benefit from a full-length mirror and a liquid soap dispenser at the basin rather than a bar of soap. Exceptional Hospitality: The service truly stands out. A special thank you to: Ms. Do and her colleague (tall lady who's name I missed) at the restaurant for their warmth and impeccable service. The Guest Relations lady for her seamless coordination of our needs. The Concierge lady for her expert tour guidance and for arranging our local transport. Dining & Atmosphere: The breakfast layout is lavish with excellent vegetarian options, though the in-room dining menu could use more variety for vegetarians. Don't miss the poolside and the small garden—both are incredibly Instagrammable and offer a unique, high-fashion aesthetic.

From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt luxurious yet welcoming, with a unique design that beautifully blends French Indochine elegance and vibrant local culture. We came early morning at 6am, and do the registration first. So, I just want to tell my experience in this hotel, despite the drama at the begining. We stay for 3 people, but upon arrival, we were informed that if there were 3 of us staying, an extra bed was required with an additional charge. This information was not clearly communicated to us at the time of booking, which was frustrating and unexpected. Even though I had previously sent a direct messages on Instagram and mentioned that we stay for 3 people. For a hotel of this standard, I would expect better transparency regarding occupancy policies and additional costs. It would have helped us plan better and avoid this inconvenience. The concierge team was excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with genuine warmth. They made a strong effort to assist us and ensured our needs were met, which really enhanced our overall experience. Especially Khoung, you do great job. However, the reception staff did not provide the same level of service. The interaction felt less welcoming. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of communication and hospitality at the front desk. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay at Hotel de la Coupole – MGallery because of its beautiful atmosphere and stunning design. Thankyou.
