Closed to metro station and lots of food near hotel. I can easily reach out to station to enjoy my journey and enjoy local food nearby.

This hotel is located at the stop close to a convenient stop. However, the hotel seems to be a bit old and somehow the service level is only moderate but overall is satisfied enough.

No longer feel welcomed

A Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

Accor member, platinum status. Was told by the hotel that the residence part of the hotel no longer participates in upgrades, thus if this is what you book, this is what you get. Breakfast was good but unlike last year, the selection was definitely lesser this year. The staff is not as welcoming. I used to be checked-in at the lounge when Dennis was working there, but heard he is now at the 20th floor. Lounge staff cannot recognise the very people whom they checked-in earlier if you were to go to your room and then back to use the lounge. I indicated that I was celebrating my birthday in the booking, however there were no recognition of it by the hotel. Two years in a row, I guess the guest's birthdays are not as important as to just fill the room. On one of the days, I made a private car booking to pick me up from the hotel for a day tour, and witness the security had an argument with the driver due to the car stopping arrangement, I guess it was his job to ensure the roads are clear but openly arguing does not present well. I will reconsider if I would still want to stay here again in future travels to Seoul.

The first mistake from the hotel

I confuse also that I booking hotel pass from the app. All.com but not show on and when I arrived to korea in early morning and go ark in the first floor that May I check in and show my passport then the lady at counter said no room and time to check in is 3 pm, let me keep laguang and go out first, but that time I don't know my booking start already from 29 but I arrived to hotel on 30, I just to known when the guy in hotel called me in next day that my room is time to check out on 31, I don't know why the guy not tell me when I check in that my booking have to start already on yesterday 29 and we do not to to go outside can check in anytime why not clear for us in that time and I come back to saw my booking in the App. ALL.com can not find my booking to saw that what date I make a booking make me very sad. The receiption ark mr that I need check out or pay more for one night, really that time I need to check out but tomorrow I must to go Busan it will make me lose more time then I pay for 1 night more and very sad with me once again the guy said your room change can not stay same room, go move it now and please note the room is same just only double bed and king bed only., the hotel can not help to keep it same room, for me just only small thing, We are travel many time and all many country never get this point. The guy send me letter to say sorry and give me late check out 4 pm on 31. I read it and take letter to conter receiption say tgat you give me late check out for say sorry it nothing for me because tomorrow I need check out early go Busan. The lady said when you will come back from Busan and make a new booking she will update the pemium room to us, I said ok because I have to let the company in korea ready to meeting in the hotel. But really before Iove to stay this hotel too much and this is the second time for me that I stay with this hotel and now I through that I will not come back to stay anymore I got fail manything with this hotel no help no support.
