La chambre verandah dispose d'une minuscule terrasse avec une vue coupée par une haie de buisson. On se croyait en prison! De plus, nous sommes arrivés sous des averses (en saison dite sèche) et il y avait une pataugeoire comme terrasse. Le dîner inclus se prenait dans la salle du petit-déjeuner (vue sur route) pendant que les employés préparaient les couverts pour le lendemain (bruits et va et vients). Il y a un restaurant adjacent qui était vide lui aussi mais bien plus agréable. Notre retour dans un hôtel Fairmont n'a pas été à la hauteur. Dans les hôtels suivants, nous avons été accueillis avec un verre de bienvenue. Il rest beaucoup à faire au Norfolk Fairmont...

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à l'hôtel Fairmont de Nairobi à la fin de notre semaine de safari à Tsvao Est et Ouest. Personnel très accueillant, nous avons également pu réserver nos billets de train avec le concierge depuis la France en amont de notre voyage. Nous remercions également Alvin, notre chauffeur guide qui nous a conduit lors d'une excursion d'une journée dans le parc national de Nairobi, où nous avons eu la chance de voir une maman rhinocéros et son petit, un lion, buffles, crocodiles, hippopotames... Nous sommes allés ensuite à l'orphelinat des éléphants, au centre des girafes, à la maison Karen Blixen et Kobe Beads Factory. Nous avons aussi profité de la très belle piscine de l'hôtel pour nous reposer avant notre vol retour pour Paris. Excellent petit déjeuner. Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel pour tout séjour à Nairobi ! Nous reviendrons
