Très déçue par le service: j'ai commandé un taxi lundi 11 mai pour aller au Novotel Nairobi, j'ai été facturé 1500 shilling Kenyan, le lendemain je commande un taxi pour la meme distance, et l'hotel voulait me facturer 2500 shilling Kenyan. j'ai reçu ma facture et l'hotel m'a facturée 260 Usd pour le safari, alors que j'ai effectué le payement auprès du chauffeur. Je souhaite être remboursée de cette double facturation. Merci.
