Tips on Visiting Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club The Weather: October is the transition into the "short rains," so expect beautiful clear mornings with clouds or a light shower in the late afternoon—perfect for sitting by the club's famous fireplaces. The Equator Ceremony: Don't forget to get your certificate! The line of the equator runs right through the property. The Animal Orphanage: Make sure to visit the onsite Mount Kenya Wildlife Conservancy and experience signature Breakfast with rare Mountain Bongos.

My stay at Fairmont mount Kenya was wonderful. The experience was even better thanks to Caren at the bar who knew exactly what me and teenage kids needed, she was incredibly professional, kind and always smiling making us feel much welcome, Boniface also made sure that we got our food exactly how we wanted, all thanks to everyone.

The stay wa very good. Although it was my second time , it was first time for my family and me with the family. We really had a great time. The staff were kind and always willing to offer help . They spoke to us nicely and keenly . The villas were beautiful and we were able to bond well at the fire place. The host at restaurant always keen to ensure we get a good table to accommodate all 7 of us making our meals a great time to be together. Loved the tour guide who took us to olpajeta , he was patient and explained all the wild life to us. In general we had lots of fun and loved our 4 days stay
