While we are delighted to know that you found our property beautiful and relaxing and that our team left a positive impression overall, we are truly sorry that your dining experience did not meet the high standards we strive to deliver. Please accept our sincere apologies for the lapse in handling your dietary requirements. We fully understand how concerning this must have been, particularly after you had informed us of your beetroot allergy. We also regret that your hamburger was not prepared to your requested preference. While we are pleased our team responded promptly, we recognize that these situations should have been prevented from occurring. Your feedback has been thoroughly reviewed with our Food and Beverage team. We have reinforced our allergen communication procedures and introduced additional safeguards to strengthen how dietary requirements are communicated and managed throughout the preparation process. We have also reiterated the importance of verifying cooking temperatures before dishes are served to ensure they consistently meet our guests’ preferences.
