This hotel is amazing. There are animals all around the property and there are tons of things to do. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The food is delicious and offers something for every taste. The staff are very nice and friendly. My only regret is that we can’t stay longer!

Once again the service has been impeccable from check in, to fire building, every meal including all meal stations, the cart drivers, the welcome drink, the briefing on the property… the number of staff who told us how they appreciated the opportunity to get you something. We are on the beginning of our safari and stayed at the wonderful hotel. The grounds are amazingly beautiful. The room was so comfortable. We had the best server, Elizabeth! Her smile greeted us and she was very attentive to our needs. The resort is very lucky to have her as an employee.

Beautiful grounds, great accommodation and the loveliest staff! Everyone was so kind and accommodating to us and the kids. It’s a very child friendly hotel and the kids club was a hit with our son. There’s an animal orphanage next to the hotel grounds.
