The hotel was beyond our expectations. Staff were so friendly , food was great. We especially love the river next to the lodge. It was full of hippos which is something we will remember forever. I also had an excellent massage at the hotel that I can't rave enough about it.

Me and my wife went there as a part of our Honeymoon and we absolutely loved it!! The entire staff of the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful and really took care of us, from the reception to the servers and a shoutout to our driver and safari guide Moseka who was helped us spot alot of animals and spotted almost 20 Lions in the same day while on the way to take us to see the Great Migration (which was a very magical sight)! We loved the romantic bush dinner and other services that the Fairmont offered . Overall it was a once in a lifetime experience!! Highly recommended

What an amazing place, from the private airfield for those who don’t like the bumpy roads to the pool next to the river full of hippos it is a f sad lice of heaven with the staff and service to match. The safaris are first rate too. We did the balloon ride over the Masi mara which was quite breathtaking and we can highly recommend it.
