We had the most incredible stay at the Fairmont. All the staff really went above and beyond to make our stay extra special and unforgettable. They truly all make you feel like family. From our housekeeper Trimlet who always had our tent looking exceptional and clean, from the small touches like having a hot water bottle in our bed at night to decorating our tent, every day was perfect. To our waiter Symon who was always there to welcome us for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with the biggest smile on his face, to having our morning coffees ready for our game drives. The customer service was outstanding and really made our stay. Massive thanks to our game driver Francois. We stayed for 3 nights and were able to see the Big 5, and the great migration. On our very last game drive our only wish left to see was a cheetah and by our luck and amazing Francois we spotted one! He was so informative, fun, friendly, and really made such an effort to find as many animals for us as he could. We will miss waking up every morning to the sound of the hippos. This truly was a trip of a lifetime that we will remember forever. Thank you for making our stay so special and for giving my husband a 40th birthday he will never forget!

Our stay was truly exceptional, thanks to the amazing staff who went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. From the warm and welcoming Reception team to the outstanding F&B staff, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and the incredibly humble General Manager, Stephen, every single person made us feel valued and cared for. I would especially like to recognize Rose, Agnes, and Peter from F&B for their excellent service, Trimlet and William from Housekeeping for keeping everything immaculate, and Chef Kapil for preparing absolutely amazing food throughout our stay.
