The hotel is a nice location and easy access to the big of almasjid Haram. The staff are ready to support you even if they are bust with other customers The facilities of the hotel are great and easy access The staff are smile and they have good knowledge to deal with other people

Amazing location and view Very nice food Friendly reception staff especially Asmaa Al Zahrani and Manar. Restaurants staff were very nice Only a small problem in the basin of the toilet , the drain was very slow accumulation of water in the basin was annoying

The laundry not satisfied The corridors not clean Checkin not satisfied Are you know, once i arrived to hotel I take wrong room Then they give me another room and i check in around one o’clock But i need to thanks Mr. omar Alsharif one his efforts

Hamza and Shahad have offered me a unique excellent experience and customer care, good services and great customer support, I really appreciate the efforts that Hamza and Shahad made for me to have such like very comfy experience. I strongly encourage those coming to Makkah to stay in Fairmont. I am from Australia and have tried most of top high hotels but Hamza and Shahad in Fairmont were unique.
