We stayed at the Fairmont for 3 nights in a Gold room. It was an amazing stay! We were welcomed with dates and small chocolate cakes upon arrival, such a thoughtful gesture! Our room overlooked the Kaaba, offering an extraordinary view! We greatly appreciated the hotel’s ideal location, the magnificent breakfast buffet, and access to the Gold lounge. The food was truly excellent. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. I would also like to thank the Housekeeping team (Ibrahim, Ubaid, and Ismail) for their kindness and great efficiency! I hope to return very soon, Inshallah 🙏

Lovely hotel, excellent and helpful service from Riyas Atif Ismail. Good variety of food to suit all tastes. Breakfast was amazing with the staff being so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very close the the haram with easy access. Overall a very nice experience

After traveling over 12 hours, exhausted and eager to perform my Umrah, I arrived at the Fairmont Hotel Clock Tower, hoping for quick check-in. Despite the hotel being at full capacity, the exceptional service provided by the team, specially their Duty Manager, Mr Omar Al Sharif, stood out. Mr Omar went above beyond to accomadate my request for a room, showcasing true professionalism and care. His dedication, alongside the front office staff’s impeccable support, turned the challenging situation into a pleasant experience. I had a wonderful stay at your hotel and would like to commend the room service team for their excellent service. Taj, Khalil, and Jafat were incredibly polite, attentive, and efficient. My First Umrah from America to Mecca

My and my brother came to the Fairmont Gold for a trip for my first umrah. I travelled from the US unsure of what experience I would have. The team at Fairmont was exceptional. They made sure we were always taken care of with shrugging we need and were generous and so respectful. Special thank you to Rahmat and Imittioz and Rowan wonderful in making sure we received the best service. Highly recommend the Fairmont gold. Floor 20. The view is amazing and tha adhan and full prayer recitation is in the room and the haram is about 500 feet from the elevator.
