our experience was great at raffles best part of our trip the service and attention to detail was on point. and the star of the show was the breakfast the staff there was phenomenal the managers the waiters and eshrak too loved it!!

We stayed at Raffles Makkah Palace during our Umrah in January 2026, and the experience was truly excellent. The hotel’s location near Masjid al-Haram is a great blessing for pilgrims, and everything from cleanliness to comfort was of a very high standard. I would especially like to mention two staff members, Ashraf and Anshad, whose service was outstanding. They were kind, respectful, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile, which made our stay even more peaceful and memorable. Their professionalism and genuine care reflected the true spirit of hospitality. We are very grateful for their service and highly recommend this hotel to families and Umrah visitors.
