The hotel was truly a palace of sort,the management and staffs were awesome especially HANOUF AND SHATA. the breakfast buffet was fantastic,I feel like am home away from home. When next I visit will be there once again hopefully .and will recommend to my other partners insha Allah

Upon arrival, I was so impressed with the service of the frontliners especially Hanouf and Shata.... this gave me a sweet experience and made my stay wonderful from begining. Also the house keeping were so consistence and helpful as well as the concierge I wish I know their names to mention. but Hanouf was extra kind to us. Hamed Odofin

Overall the stay was great. Room was nice, clean and cozy. The main housekeeping staff who would come to our room Hafith, Mufid, Talib were extremely helpful and friendly. The other staff such as the people at the reception were great too. The only point of improvement I could think of is the breakfast. Most of the things that the Al Qasr restaurant has tastes great however it could be better if they added a bit more options.

Rayhan and Faruk ang Hamdan Have been very helpful and hard working. Always fast in responding to my request. They are valuable to this hotel. Will definately come again to this hotel. Hotel room is very clean. Breakfast spread is very wide and many choices. Hotel room smells very good. We enjoy our stay here in Raffles Hotel. Will recommend my friends to stay in this hotel Location is very good too. A one minute walk to the mosque
