We stayed there during our hajj journey. Location was good, near Masjidil Haram, about 200 m. The room was quite spacious, nice & clean bedsheet, complete & good quality toilettries. The staffs were polite and very helpful. They had big restaurant, the food was good and had varied menu. Thank you Swissotel Makkah for making our Hajj journey so memorable.

Overall, a very good and comfortable stay. Crowded because of the Hajj season. Staff is very helpful and cooperative. Especially like to recognize Shabry Ahmed at the Breakfast resturant for his “can do” attitude with a smile and ready to make you comfortable and welcomed.

Excellent service. Restaurant is very good. A good variety of options. Very clean. Staff extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommend. Minutes from Haram. Cleaning staff did a great job. Requests reception we immediately fulfilled.

Overall it was an excellent experience. I fully commend the excellent food and at the restaurant P6 level with an amazing team there available at any given time. Particular thanks go Mr Heitham for his dedication, quality service and constant smile.

Saleem at Swissotel restaurant is amazing. Super friendly and so helpful in all our needs in the restaurant.. we stayed at Swissotel for HAJJ 2024 and had daily breakfast and dinner. Food is good but their service is 2nd to none. Inshallah if we’re back in makka we will definitely stay here.
