Visit LSB Bar with friends

We visited LSB Bar, had our drinks, and then waited in the lobby for a taxi. While we were waiting, a security staff member approached us and behaved very rudely, telling us to leave because we were not in-house guests. Later, a manager (without a name tag) also came and spoke to us in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. He clearly did not know how to speak to ladies and insisted that we leave the lobby even though we were simply waiting for our taxi. This experience was extremely disappointing. The staff seriously need proper hospitality training and should know how to treat guests respectfully, whether they are staying at the hotel or not.😡 We will not recommend this place to our friends or family.

Premium stay at JBR

Our second stay here in as many years of visiting at Christmas. Spacious room. Had a suite. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. House keeping was on point. Mr. Ali went above and beyond. He made sure we were well hydrated. Merry Christmas.
