The first impression, which the guest gets, is communication with the security guides. When I arrived on 02 October, I was stopped by the security employee Alexander. It was a terrible experience. The person doesn’t smile, say like a commander with the soldiers, but not with the guests. His commands: put your bag on the big table, open the bag, pass without the bag led me to the desire to leave the hotel immediately. The hotel removed the screening machine and now guests had to get such an experience. I had two strange experiences in communication with the Front desk employees. Before I saw the real situation with the service in this hotel, I made one more reservation for December. During my stay I came to the reception and asked the employee, Kristina, to help me make a suite upgrade to my next reservation. I was informed that I could do it only during the reservation automatically. I tried to explain to Kristina that there is no such a function in the Accor booking system, and as I remembered that it was possible to do only with a call to Accor or to the hotel. Kristina said to me that she had another information and they could not do it. She advised me to call the hotel booking office on Monday or to Accor assistance. I asked to invite somebody from the hotel management, but I got an answer, that there was only Duty Manager but he was not competent in this question and anyway, I had time before December. The next day at 07:08, I tried to use the elevator to get to the restaurant for breakfast. The button on the second floor did not work. I went down to the Lobby level and tried to use another elevator. I even tried to use the room key for the restaurant floor access, but the second-floor button did not work on the second floor. I came at 07:10 to the reception and just asked the Front desk employee to call his colleague and inform that the second-floor buttons did not work. Instead of following my request, the employee began to explain that I probably used the elevator very early, and the function would begin to work at 7 am. I attracted his attention that it was already 07:10 am. The employee continued to ask me if I used the elevator just now. Of at least another employee just called the colleague and asked to turn on the function. The club lounge service was moved to the restaurant, but the quality leaves much to be desired. Nobody meets the guests. The hostess stand was empty. The menu style which the hotel used looked very unattractive – it looked like in a cheap canteen. Besides, two days the hotel offered absolutely the same menu for club guests. I placed my order for two glasses of sparkling wine and it was served only in 9 minutes. The server brought the wine already filled in the glasses without the bottle. So, I could not see what was filled in my glass. For the main dish, I was waiting for 44 minutes. The restaurant had low occupancy (at about 5 tables). The next morning, I ordered a poached egg with salmon, but I got the dish only in 19 minutes and without the salmon. I ordered 2 americanos with milk and In 7 minutes, the server brought only 1 cup and without the milk. I reminded my initial order. After 7 more minutes of expectation, I had to remind again about my coffee order. I got my coffee with milk only n 16 minutes after the order was placed. The restaurant had low occupancy. I liked the idea of making pre-arrangement for the gym and the swimming pool. But, when we came the first time for the Gym and the swimming pool, I had to return twice to reception from the changing room because the employee did not give us anything. The first time I returned for the towels for the swimming pool, I understood that I could not close the safe box. I returned to the employee for the keys and asked what else should I ask that I could use the facilities. Only after that, I got water but later had to return for small towels for a gym. I strongly do not recommend to use a swimwear drying machine, which is installed in the swimming pool. I spoiled the swimwear there. The furniture and the design in the room are very dated. In my panorama room, there was a sagging couch near the bed, a sagging table near the window, and the cracked nightstand looked terrible and spoiled the whole impression. I had to ask for a dental kit. I called the reception and was informed that my order would be delivered shortly. After 20 minutes of expectation, I had to call again. So, I got my order in 23 minutes. After check-out, the hotel tried to help me to use my suite night upgrade certificate. I am lucky that I checked the confirmation, which I got. The hotel tried to charge me 160 euros more than my initial booking, although such an upgrade is a complimentary option for a Platinum and Diamond Accor members. In general, it was a disappointing experience. Now I canceled my next stay in this hotel.

Dear all First of all I would love to say thanks as personally to everyone as to all staff : bellboy, security, front desk team, housekeeping & room service teams! To say that you are in 5 star hotel is to say nothing! At the very beginning when your car is arriving staff is treating you as VIP: At the reception each person is trying to help you with any questions. Fast checkin with professionals, same as fast checkout. Fantastic room service, gorgeous spa zone, beautiful lobby, elegant standard, business rooms & suite with breathtaking views, this is the fewest I can say about this delightful hotel! Thank you all for making leisure time welcomed & luxury! Take care !
