in general, it was OK, but not very close to subway

We also would like to inform You, that our hotel is located between two subway stations: Serpukhovskaya and Paveletskaya. They are both being located nerby (about 10 minutes by feet). By the way, You can take the tram from the Paveletskaya metro station, or we can order a taxi for You. I sincerely hope that this information was useful to you. The room was comfortable and clean. I was, however, unpleasantly surprised that I was asked to pay additional 3000 rubles to check in at 10am. I consider such rate as unreasonably high considering that the room was 4077 rubles/night including breakfast for 2 people. Once I’ve refused to pay the additional charges, we were checked in early free of charge.

As you have booked your room by using a pre-paid tariff, there was a solid discount from the opened price, so that is why your daily price was not high (comparing with an opened one). I would also like to mention that by the rules of the hotel the early check-in price (if check-in process takes place before 15:00) counts as 50% from the opened price of a last day. During your check-in, one of my colleagues has asked the permission of head of department to check you in for free, without taking any money for this procedure. Nice location, quite place, all sorts of shops and cafes are nearby. Worm room, comfortable bed, all personal act kind and look forward to helping with any requests. Some issues: no bottle water in the room, no kettle, no toothbrush. It looks particularly weird with available your own fridge and safe inside the room… It doesn’t seem the hotel is trying to save the money in anyway, but no basic facilities look rather frustrating. The breakfast is really overpriced, don’t recommend to order the meal.

By ibis standards, standard rooms do not have a dental kit, but we are always happy to offer our guests to purchase additional bathroom accessories at the reception desk. Also, by standards, there are no kettles in standard rooms, but there is a cooler with hot and cold water on each floor, and we are always happy to deliver the dishes to the room. I will be sure to pass on your comments to the restaurant manager and the hotel chef. We value the opinion of our guests, because it helps us to become better.
