The hotel is located really close to the metro station, that connects with all city. The Red Square is around 25 minutes from there. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. And the staff was so friendly. I like it and I can recommend it.

The Hotel staff was very helpful despite the language barrier , the rooms were OK, the cleaning could improve though , especially the time of cleaning and the thoroughness in cleaning , particularly change of towels . Breakfast could do with a bit more variety, its the same menu over and over and when you are staying for a period of 8 days like we did , you get bored and it gets monotonous and you start wishing you hadn't paid for breakfast

Ridiculous, petty issues uncommon for and unworthy of Accor

The stay started off ok. Rooms are clean and tidy. Soaps and shampoos are much higher quality than common Ibis. Breakfast is fine. On the downside, hotel staff is petty and incompetent and the kitchen (or the skills of the cook?) leaves much to be desired. Quick summary: 1) Hotel staff did NOT perform the necessary and by law required guest registration even though I explicitly asked them to. Penalty: 2000 rub. 2) Receptionist tried to scam me for the price of a room. Even though the price was published literally behind him (distance ~40 cm) and I booked a standard room, he tried to convince me that my room was superior and that I needed to pay more. When I booked online instead (of course for the displayed price), he got agitated and switched me to another room (which was actually bigger and NICER than the former?!). 3) The same receptionist refused to issue me the bill by the end of the stay. Not until after a heated argument did he agree to print out a receipt. I had to pay extra for the taxi waiting time because of this. 4) Do yourself a favor and never order ANY meat whatsoever from this hotel. I had the worst beef steak and the worst pork 'schnitzel' I ever had in my life. The things I got on my plate could barely be called "food" and edible only if you are starved to death and have no other choice.

Comfortable bed, great shower, staff friendly on the whole (except for one young woman who walked away while I was writing down the details of my card which the ARM had swallow). Breakfast was good except for the blini (too cold, too thick) - delicious kasha! Decent food in the restaurant too.

Very well located, customer service is impeccable, the room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I would mention that the pillows could have been a bit more firm and that the breakfast is over priced for what it is.

Overall experiance was good. Though I checked in online and mentioned that i will check in earlier than 1200 hrs, I had to wait. So had to wait in the lobby till 12.00 hrs. In general, the staying was comfortable: good size room, little fridge, and even sleepers! The only thing raised my brows was the situation in the bar. I have asked for a sandwich and tea, which in the menu were priced at 290 Rub. The barmaid told that it served in the restaurant. After a trip to a restaurant, I was readdressed back to the bar, where barmaid had charged me a nearly double amount of money for my order. In return to my comment about the price in the menu, she answered that all the menus were old and did not contain up-dated info. It is hard to believe, isn't it?

I went to Moscow for a marathon and staying at Paveletskaya was very convenient as far as public transport is concerned. My plane to Moscow landed around 4:30 am and I arrived at the hotel at 6:00 am, surprisingly the friendly staff allowed me to check-in earlier than 2 pm. The hotel in general is very clean and the staff are very friendly and can express well in English; I had an air-conditioned standard room which was very clean and spacious.

I made a mistake in booking and when I went to change the date (I put October instead of September) no kindness was given and I had to pay for the mistake 100%. The stay was fine, no complaints. But I won't stay again somewhere so harsh not to help customers that make simple mistakes.

A good stay if you're in a budget

This hotel is located only one metro stop from the Kremlin. You can tesck the paveletsky railway station and metro on a 700m stroll among residential area, with a supermarket and eateries along the way. My room was large enough with a very big bathroom with Spacious shower. The maid cleaned up and change towels everyday. The price is really good, little less 300 euro for 8 nights in a double(no breakfast) . The room was very silent. If I must say something to help on improving standards, the sink needs a plumber (water had difficulties going down the basin) the TV should be replaced with more recent one, and the breakfast was maybe too expensive, expecially the light one (only coffee and one croissant) the coffee is good. Recommended

Receptionist Igor during an eviction on August 02, 2019 in the evening gave an invoice without signatures and forgot to give the suitcase out of the luggage room, saying to me, “What else do you need from me?”. Disgusting employee.
