Pros Location: Centrally located in the city. Shopping malls and restaurants are nearby. The hotel is kept clean and hygienic. Cons The rooms are small, and apart from shampoo, body wash, a toothbrush, and a towel, there are no additional amenities. There is no assistance with bags or trolleys, which might be common in other hotels as well. The hotel menu is very limited; during my 18-day stay, I had to eat the same food repeatedly. Breakfast is monotonous, with the same menu every morning. The cost of the stay is quite high. The room cleaning team does not visit rooms on time. Most of the time, they either knock and disturb you or clean the room only when it is convenient for them. I might be mistaken in some of these comments without comparing with other hotels. I'll try other The room and provide feedback again. Overall, the stay was just okay.

Overall it was a nice experience. The ambience and cleanliness was good. There were just a couple of things that I wanted to point out which could improve the experience. First the paper slippers should be replaced everyday. Secondly, it would be a lot more comfortable for your Muslim guests if you could add a bidet in the toilet. Rest everything was fine in my experience.
