First of all, I could not be back for business in Russia, fast, without the exceptional support of Ms. Alexandra Stryukova and the Front Office team: I lost my passport and only their help with confirmations of my last stay in Russia allowed the Russian Consulate to swiftly issue me a new, long term business visa, on fast track, without hassle. Practically, I called them from Russian Visa Service and in 2 minutes I got all confirmations needed by email: everyone handling my visa was pleasantly surprised by fast, efficient and effective support! When I arrived back to hotel I was warmly greeted by all staff, kind and friendly.

1) Despite the fact that I did online-check in in advance, after arrival, my check-in took place very long. In addition to that, the lady on the service desk was not very kind and had no prof. manner how to deal with clients - especially being under stress (from my point of view). 2) During my stay in the hotel, cleaning service was quite often late (after 3.00 pm) in the afternoon. Sometimes, I felt very uncomfortable being respectively relaxing in my "unclean" room in the afternoon. Generally, the hotel staff could be more friendly and open minded. I have been many times in your hotel and it was always really perfect stay but this time, something was different (= in the air). I am quite often in Moscow but I don't think that I will use your service/book one of your hotel from the chain. Unfortunately, your service strongly slacked.

Unfortunately at the moment of your arrival there was a big queue which did not allow to make a fast check-in for you despite the fact that we prepared your room in advance with online registration. When you arrived to reception desk my colleague did her best to provide your room keys faster. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience. We will make an additional training for our front office team in the way to avoid these situations. Cleaning service in our hotel is available since 9 a.m. till 5 p.m. If you have any preferences about the time of room cleaning please do not hesitate to let us know. Great check-in with friendly staff, the room was decent with nice decor. The bar & breakfast staff is terrible not service oriented at all. We had two guys approaching us twice during our breakfast claiming that we didn't have any credit hence wanted us to pay cash, until they realised that someone was looking up the wrong room. The Asian looking guy in the bar shouldn't have any contact with international guests at all.

The experience was, as always, amazing. Coming back home. And since I am a little taller and xxtralarger, I never have a bathrobe on my size anywhere I travel (I live in hotels:-) … So when I arrived there was a special bathrobe, my size, only for me. So.. I have a thing or more, just for me, waiting for me at home, in Mercure. I shall bring also books, memories, as it is home...

A personal note: my birthday was last month and I received a great message from all hotel colleagues: it was very emotional for me! Amazing!!! Never happened in my life, and I am 45, and I lived in hotels around the world most of my life! I was greatly welcomed by front office staff, bell boys, restaurant & bar, as a colleague returning home. Room staff was nice and attentive, careful and graciously discrete. Exceptional, again!

another great stay at this hotel. my gold status with Accor gave me an upgrade but was told that the privilege room only has rooms with shower. that part was a bit disappointing as I like the regular room with the bathtub a lot (they have a nice deep tub).

Stayed here for three nights. Enjoyed it very much. Very friendly and helpful staff. The facilities were as described. Comfortable, clean room. handy for the Metro, only a 10-minute walk away. Lovely coffee shop across the road.

Very good stay. . The Library café has friendly stuff and nice operation. The rooms are clean and quite. The receptionists very friendly and all willing to serve you as best as possible. In all it is a very good experience every time that I visit Moscow for business and I tend to have the familiar sense of "Home", every night that I return from a busy day to the Mercure Hotel.

There's impression that service is an unknown word by the team starting from the reception and ending bar and restaurant. Not a level of 4star hotel at all. Rooms are outdated and have stains of usage. The repair of shower is necessary

This is my third stay. The staff is very helpful and polite. My room was clean, very quiet with excellent internet connection. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast is rich and varied. The sauna and fitness were satisfactory but more attention needs to be done there.. My next trip I will stay definitely in Mercure ..

My favorite hotel in Moscow. Reasonable price and fine facility and kind people. The morning can be a bit hectic, including breakfast venue, mostly due to the number of large group tourists, but still, things are organized and no chaos or anything. Looking forward to another visit there.
