We regret that the size of the room did not meet your expectations. I kindly inform you that there is Adagio apart-hotel in our Hotel Complex, where you can book cozy and spacious apartments. Also, I sincerely apologize for the fact that the problem with hot water was not resolved. I assure you that additional internal trainings and conversations have already been conducted. Also, in such technical cases, we are always glad to move you to a serviceable room for your comfort. We are sorry you had such uncomfortable issues during your last visit but let me note that the problem associated with the impossibility of leaving a deposit and making other payments is connected only with political reasons and the sanctions disconnection of Russia from the SWIFT system, that does not allow payment in the territory of the Russian Federation with bank cards issued in the territories of foreign countries.
