I thought I had a reservation but my reservation was actually at the Pacific Rim. Giueseppe and your duty manager accommodated me, and coordinated with Chloe at the Pacific Rim, such that I got a room, and avoided a cancellation charge. Many thanks to everyone involved.

We enjoyed our stay at The Empress. Staff was exemely friendly and helpful. We were a little disappointed with The Q restaurant. It was noisy and food was ok. Spa was nice, I have had better hot stone massages.
