We were on a tour with a muddied of ppl and check-in did not go well for some of us. We were given a room that appeared to be ok till we opened the curtains snd overlooked dirty roofs. Not happy since this was our last port of call and spending 2nites there. Some of our group recrived rooms with harbour views. We all paid the same amount for same room type so should have gotten same room type

Its a great hotel with amazing rooms but if a person books gold lounge staff needs to know the customers. At 9:25pm we went to the bar and person who was making drinks for other customer mistreated me and my wife, we simply asked her can you recommend any drinks for us, she rudely said you should know what you want, then we simply said just make what last person had and she smirked in a rude way. We were given coupons for our drinks from the reception and my wife forgot the room number, she got angry on my wife and said you guys are not in gold lounge I am doing a favour making you a drink because you have coupons, after that comment I went straight up to the manager to complain about the incident, Karan Shah and his manager apologized to us and accommodated us even better and gave us complimentary drinks, it was our anniversary but staff who are at gold lounge should know their customers and should not mistreat them. Kudos to Karan Shah, his manager at night and Ms Kaur who came the very next day and apologized for the inconvenience happened with us. I really appreciate the efforts they took to accommodate us after the incident. Please hire better staff at Gold Lounge. Thank you.

The gold hotel was wonderful! We were upgraded to an Executive Suite and wow! THe lounge and food offered were amazing. We couldnt have asked for a better stay.
