It was excellent with the exception of our first night meal at your bar/restaurant. We had dressed elegantly for our birthday celebration and were seated at a table for 2. We asked if we could sit at a more spacious table and was told that it was reserved. The table was not seated at the entire time we ate. If we make the effort to stay at a fine hotel with fine dining......I expect the service to to be on par with our expectations. We pay for it!

The staff at Chateau Frontenac were attentive & pleasant, very well trained. The public spaces were vibrantly decorated for Christmas. Our room was well appointed & comfortable. This is not an inexpensive hotel but we enjoyed our stay very much.

We celebrated our honeymoon at the Frontenac and we were so pleased with the level of hospitality, service and luxury. We were thrilled to stay on the Gold Level and particularly enjoyed the lounge. Our room was fantastic and our trip was so memorable. Special thanks to Benjamin for his excellent service. We highly recommend this hotel!
