The hotel is truly beautiful and iconic, and the location is exceptional. Unfortunately, my stay was impacted by a few issues that affected my comfort. The heating system in the room was extremely noisy throughout the night, which made it very difficult to sleep. In addition, the windows were not well insulated, so we could not sit comfortably in the chairs near the window due to the cold and ongoing noise. I was also disappointed to find spots on one of the towels, which is not something I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. I completely understand that the hotel welcomes a large number of guests every day, but I believe these details are important, especially given the standards associated with the Château Frontenac. I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future guests.

The hotel is very beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our room smelled of cigarettes, and while the staff tried to improve the situation, the smell remained. The bar and restaurants had good food and cocktails. I wish you could have another system to go to the bar- waiting on a line and then waiting to be seated at the bar is something I don’t prefer at a hotel. I am more accustomed to drifting in and out of a bar area at will. Also, I wished there were more gathering places to sit and spend time with those you are traveling with. The front lobby was very small and more of a waiting area than a gathering area. That being said it was a very nice stay! I am just giving honest feedback about what I wish were a little different with the hotel
