My wife and I have stayed Fairmont Gold at many properties in the Accor Group and this hotel always stands out as our favorite. Not that there is anything wrong with the other hotels, it's just that this place has a very special atmosphere that is truly caring and genuine, due to the likes of Anisha, Pearl, George, Rolly, Peter, and Pascoal, (all under the effective leadership of Omar). (We apologize in advance for missing anyone, especially the new staff at the Gold Desk.) These people really care about your comfort and will do anything that it takes to make you feel at home during your stay, from special orders at breakfast to those great desserts in the evening. We also want to acknowledge the hard work of the staff at Crown and Anchor and 1609, especially Maxim, Olga, Josephine, Younis, Fernandes, as well as Mike Bishop, Mr. Trivia. We look forward to a return trip next Spring!

The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the entire experience felt relaxing and special. What really stood out to us was the level of service — everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. We’ve stayed at Fairmont properties before, but the team at Fairmont Hamilton truly made this visit memorable. We’re already looking forward to returning to Bermuda and staying here again. Highly recommend!

A note on the check out - we did the express check out. While waiting at the airport I received an updated folio which had our final breakfast charged to the room. As breakfast for two was included with the stay, I emailed immediately about the issue. I never received an acknowledgement of my email or a follow up on resolution. I had to check the credit card statement to see the charge back.

We stayed for a long weekend for some much needed relaxation and boy did we get it ! Spent the entire time by the pool and were well taken care of by Reckzi and Maria as well as Peter in the Gold Lounge. Room service steak and warm cookies are to die for. Delivered with the biggest smile by Jaya. We’ll be back again for sure !

Hotel well maintained and had gorgeous restaurants/bars right in the hotel. Walking distance to the city, which was fun to explore. Staff were consistently kind and thoughtful for example, at check-in we told them it was our honeymoon and they had a bottle of champagne and piece of cake delivered to our room. The first hotel we had stayed at earlier in our trip did not do that for us. At breakfast, we had the pleasure of having Yuri as our server multiple times. What a guy! Probably our favorite staff member we met our entire trip. Only negative is that you have to bus to the beach, but hotel provided roundtrip free transportation.

Paid extra for a water or particle water view but they put us in a basement room that view bushes and feet. Calling it an upgrade. Was not. Did get a room change but took 2 hours.

My second time at the Hamiton Princess for a conference, and the location is beautiful. The artwork is outstanding, the pool, the beach and other amenities top notch. The room itself was comfortable, the hallways could use a little update with paint.

Our family needs to share good vibrations & experiences when they happen and our stay at your resort last weekend was one. The property is absolutely beautiful and the staff that work there are all fantastic. Everyone went beyond the call of duty to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Being our second time staying at your resort, the first one two years ago at this time, we are so happy we chose to come back. It was nice to see some of the same staff tow years later with the same exceptional care. Yuri R. has to be one of your best staff members that you have, as he made our stay so enjoyable. He has the best personality going and is so attentive to your needs in the Crown & Anchor restaurant. He excelled beyond any service expectations that we have experienced at any other resorts we've been to before. If there are awards to be given out to staff members that excel beyond their duties , he should be awarded. Our family witnessed him juggle several guest tables at a time, with all of them laughing & chatting with him. It also appears that many other staff members look up to Yuri as a mentor, as he is always assisting others in need.. Risky, from Algeria, was another asset to your team. We were fortunate to meet him poolside and again, he couldn't do enough for us. He was very respectful & cordial to us and went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were happy. We even met his daughter Sabrina in the Crown & Anchor restaurant and she follows in her fathers footsteps being respectful, cordial & very attentive. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, we would rate this vacation a "10". We would recommend this resort to everyone seeking a great stay in Bermuda., We will be back. Sincerely, David C. First visit in 9 years and just as great. Great accommodations, and amenities. The entire staff is welcoming and accommodating. Maria from the 1609 pool staff is awesome. Always smiling and giving the guest great service. All the food was very good, that being said The Intrepid Steak House was awesome and shouldn't be missed if visiting. We stayed on Fairmont Gold and it was great to see Peter and George still there and providing the best possible service. They are 2 great ambassadors for the Fairmont Gold brand
