Everything was great. Room was great, Pool was amazing, Gold Club was amazing. Intrepid was fantastic. But most importantly, you staff was incredible, helpful, positive, polite and pleasant. Loved Rolle and George in the Gold lounge.

We stayed at the Hamilton Princess in 1989 for our honeymoon. We have always wanted to return and finally returned. The staff made our stay just as special to us as they did for us in 1989. The Princess staff are all wonderful and truly are the heart of the operation. We especially want to state our extreme gratitude to Cydney, one of the concierges' who made our stay exceptional and helped us. The room was kept very clean, the housekeeping staff were always pleasant and helpful and took pride in their work. The door staff were also wonderful. The grounds are kept pristine and all the food that we experienced at 1609 and the Crown and Anchor were very good, again with outstanding wait staff. We would definitely return. Our only disappointment was we were not able to get a reservation for Intrepid which we wanted. We did not book early enough; we were looking forward to dining at the restaurant because it had such high reviews. Possibly we can do that in the future.

Great location, excellent staff, great room, BUT some annoying little things - e.g. glass in the pool (cut my foot), ubiquitous loud music booming until 10pm could be heard in the rooms and drove me mad, yearned some peace and quiet anywhere but it was impossible to find. Would have loved fried eggs and tomatoes on the breakfast buffet, and some better cheese to replace the horrid plastic stuff that was on offer. The government room tax was horrendously large and totally unexpected when we checked out ($84 per night).

This year is the anniversary of being married 50 years. We initially thought about a cruise. We were disappointed by one last year. Then we simultaneously came up with Bermuda. We stayed there in 88 for Thanksgiving. It was in a resort outside Hamilton. This time we wanted a place in Hamilton. We believed the Princess was the best. An offer was made describing the Gold Lounge that seemed good. This resulted in a trip of a lifetime. Everything was perfect especially all personnel. We would like to give special thanks to Lisa in concierge. She answered all our questions and made all the plans we needed. Get her a chair to rest her feet!! What a wonderful woman. Also Ob in the Intrepid is great!
