Excellent service and facilities. Was in a newly renovated room, nicely done. But, very small and not offered any upgrade despite being a gold member.

We were not notified of the pool closure prior to booking, nor upon check in. Front desk staff were completely unknowable about the property. We were told there was no playground at the beach club multiple times and that the spa pool was open to children, which it wasn’t. We ordered and paid for chocolate strawberries in our room upon arrival and after notifying the front desk, they called back a few hours later and said they would be right up. They didn’t arrive until afternoon the next day. We will not be returning to this property.

Gold lounge staff were fantastic as were room service servers. Confusion regarding check out and pre booked taxi was not the seamless experience you’d expect from a five star hotel. Massage at Exhale was much shorter than the hour I booked.

I appreciate the room upgrade and amazing staff. However, the interior is becoming 'shabby' and I did not agree with the resort fee when both pools were closed and no exterior amenities were available other than 1 small hot tub
