Staff service was a stand out part of our stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and thoughtful; particularly when they learned we were celebrating an anniversary. Lloyd at the restaurant was particularly great and we appreciated warm, welcoming atmosphere across the entire resort.

The hotel was average and needed rennovation. For the price, ($1000/room) it was not worth it. I did not realize it is a 25 minute shuttle bus ride to the beach. We only went once as this was a major inconvenience. At the very least, the shuttle should be running continuously. Also, at the beach site there was no AC areas to sit inside to cool off. Finally, the coffee shop which was great opened only at 7am and closed at 5pm. There should be an option to get coffee early in the AM. For those guests playing golf having an early coffee/breakfast option would have been nice. Finally, the adult pool was small which is where we spent most of our time. Those were the major complaints. On the plus side, the service and staff were excellent. The gym was great. The location of the hotel was convenient to walking to multiple restaurants and was centrally located. The Intrepid restuaurant and Crown and Anchor were solid restaurants and the food was good. The bar at the Intrepid was excellent. In short, the nonbeach location and cost will preclude me from coming to this hotel again. May consider in the offseason if only coming for a golf trip.

We booked our trip two weeks in advance to celebrate my wife's birthday and our 20th wedding anniversary with our two teenage sons. Earlier this summer, my wife's younger brother sadly passed away due to cancer and we had not had a vacation all year. It was so meaningful and special to getaway, have some adventure, and relax. When we arrived, our room was so kindly upgraded to a beautiful space with a balcony and view. When we missed the last beach club shuttle due to a flight delay upon our arrival, we received a taxi voucher. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially those working at the infinity pool. We would certainly consider a return to this property for a future visit. Thank you!

From the moment you arrive at the Princess the staff treat you like Royalty. They really do!! The Fairmont gold level team are exceptional. From Omar and Pearl, the front desk girls, Pascal, Peter, George and of course, everyones favourite Rolly... are all so lovely and helpful. It has a real family feel up in the lounge and nothing is too much trouble. This makes the lounge a very special place to spend some time to chill out and relax. The pools are well laid out with more fantastic and attentive staff who look after you. My only issue would be that adults go to the family infinity pool and are surprised to see kids in the pool. there is a great adults only pool so they should go directly there rather than be disappointed to see children at the family pool. The beach is as good as any of the magnificent beaches in Bermuda. Maxson and the team were first class and could not do enough for us the whole time we were there. Food is great but the cocktails are better. The stand out thing for me was the attention to detail shown to everything from the welcome drink and towels upon arrival to the way the team repaired one of the hammocks in the sea overnight rather than leave it unusable. Every moment at the beach was a pleasure and we look forward to seeing how they develop the beach club in future. A special mention has to go to Lu and Colin driving the Jinty. The chore of having to travel to and from the beach became one of the highlights of our stay and an absolute pleasure which the children especially looked forward to. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A. Wonderful Stay at the Hamilton Princess! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hamilton Princess and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The hotel is beautiful, the location is fantastic, and it was the perfect home base for our Bermuda vacation. Being able to walk into Hamilton for shopping, restaurants and evening activities was such A. bonus, while the hotel itself still felt like A. relaxing resort. We loved spending time by the pool, enjoyed the beautiful property and especially appreciated having access to the hotel’s private beach club — it really gave us the best of both worlds. What stood out most was the service. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly and helpful, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. We packed A. lot into our Bermuda vacation, but it was always such A. pleasure coming back to the Hamilton Princess at the end of the day. It truly added to our experience and helped make this one of those trips we’ll remember for A. very long time. We would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Hamilton Princess to anyone visiting Bermuda. Five stars from us!

We extended our vacation by one night at the last minute and were thrilled to book a Fairmont Gold room. The team was incredibly friendly and provided us a bottle of champagne as it was our anniversary. The door mean were fun and very helpful arranging our transport for dinner and the airport. Hotel facilities were outstanding. We spent hours at the infinity pool, drinks at 1609 and the Gold lounge for tea! We will definitely be back. Headed to the Fairmont Chateau Whistler next for 6 nights in a few weeks!

From the second I arrived, to the second I left, Princess Bermuda felt like home. From the staff right down to the towels, this has truly been one of my favorite stays in a long time. People really underestimate the influence the kindness of hotel staff have on you. The entire staff of Princess are beyond warm and welcoming. You are always greeted with a smile and a kind welcome or send off. The staff is beyond knowledgeable and always ready to help. The property itself is gorgeous. For someone who’s favorite color is pink this was already the most obvious choice for me. The convenience of having three restaurants on the property was also amazing. I dined at all three and only explored one outside restaurant. The rooms are very clean and very spacious. I usually can never find a hotel with a nicer and more comfortable bed than mine at home but Princess has put my bed to shame! It was like sleeping on a cloud every night! Truly everything about this experience is bragging worthy and I fully recommend it to anyone and everyone coming to Bermuda!

Experience as expected for a location with this reputation and ratings. Concierge staff was very accommodating for all requests. Staff were very courteous and helpful which quickly caused you to embrace the friendly culture of Bermuda. Bar life around resort seemed limited due to events scheduled in those areas during the stay.

Arrived and room was not as expected. Manager was able to move us twice to get a room we were happy with. Great restaurant staff and pool staff. Julius was great! Ariel was so nice. Sam was great during our cabana use and quick to help after it rained. Overall, a nice experience.

The Hamilton Princess Hotel was outstanding. We stayed in a Gold King room with the City View which provided everything we needed for our short stay. Regrettably we did not have more time to explore the full range of facilities available, including the Beach Club. We stayed on-site and enjoyed the pool and took in the views of the marina and scenery. The Gold Experience package was just what we needed and did not disappoint, excellent food and customer service. The hotel is perfectly located, by the water and just a stroll from the city centre.

Overall a good experience. Front desk and restaurant staff are friendly and helpful. Things to improve: (1) I seem to consistently be assigned a room in the Bermudiana wing, and I don't like how far from the main lobby it is, (2) there was nothing that made this stay special for my child; I have been more impressed with other luxury resorts that leave a bedtime snack or have a special welcome gift for children. I would not return to the Princess with my family.
