We sincerely apologize for the confusion surrounding your Route des Saveurs package. From the moment of arrival, our team should have been able to clearly explain the benefits included in your package, the participating restaurants, the applicable menus, and the reservation process. Having to be directed to a restaurant with uncertainty, followed by a 30-minute discussion with several colleagues to clarify the package, is certainly not the smooth and effortless arrival experience we aim to provide. We also regret that the same lack of clarity occurred the following morning at breakfast. When a guest has selected a specific package, the information should be properly communicated across our teams so that the experience remains consistent from check-in through every touchpoint of the stay. Your comment is therefore particularly valuable, as it highlights an important opportunity for us to strengthen communication between our Front Office and Food & Beverage teams and ensure that our colleagues are fully familiar with the packages we offer. We are nevertheless delighted to hear that, once these initial difficulties were resolved, everything became seamless and that you were able to fully enjoy the rest of your stay.
