We had been here previously but quite a few years back and we're taking advantage on a promotion for the rooms. Although this time we didn't take advantage of it I would suggest anyone going to the hotel to bring their swimsuits because they have a great facility for indoor and outdoor pool all year long, we just forgot about it when we packed.

All was great but when I checked in, they asked me if I wanted to upgrade the room. I replied no thank you I’m alone and don’t need a view. When I received my invoice, they charged me $50 for the upgrade. Can we please resolve this issue?

The place was beautiful, the service was top notch, rooms were very comfortable... I have nothing bad to say about the overall experience... it's just the price that was way too high for what it was. I love the area, but next time I will try to find a better deal somewhere else.
