We were celebrating an anniversary and were well taken care of. From the room to the golf courses, trails, pickleball, pools and food it was all first class.

We have been going to Manoir every year for the past 20 years. We love the hotel and the region. The personnel is extraordinary! The dining has changed throughout the years, not necessarily for the better. Last year we dined at the St-Laurent and were not impressed. My husband always loved the buffet breakfast but not this year. This year, on Wednesday morning his eggs were burnt on both sides, we notices that the girl at the station did the eggs this way for everyone! The (feves aux lard) were just a thick mess. The sausages were not the same as before. The little crepes are just placed one on top of the other instead of being little rolls (were the same in last few years). So, total disappointment for my husband. Definitely not the quality it used to be.

We always love visiting this beautiful hotel. They offer modern amenities yet kept the history of this amazing establishment. We splurged on a room with the water view and jacuzzi in room and wow oh wow did we enjoy that. The dinner was really good and the breakfast buffet still offert the amazing mapple sugar crepes and smoked salmon. Staff everywhere is kind and helpful. We adore this hotel.

Disappointed ... management issues I think. Had 2 2-night reservations back-to-back for same room. (These were casino promo offers good for 2 nights.) On days 2 and 3, room was not made up. On both days we left room unoccupied from about 10a.m - 5pm. (On 2nd night, it wasn't until around 7pm room was made up.) Also, billing for the 2 reservations was wrong. Had to show agent the confirmation to show them the correct amount. Have stayed there MANY times with no issues.
