Friendly staff and accommodating Nice outdoor fire Nice pools Beds too hard Pillows too hard Restaurant food too expensive in the Fairmont-specials and discounts would be better with family St Hubert was delicious but the waiting time was too long for take out and difficult to order. My husband and I prefer to spend time outdoors. Saying that the outdoor fires were never lit and the doors blocked off. The snow clearing was not good. All activities were directed towards children with nothing planned for the adults.

well booked on line, thinking i booked deluxe room with view and when i got room it was small with only two double beds. asked to change since i booked 4 days. so wanted living room and more space. i got a room. thanks. the card only worked 2 days and would of had to go downstairs and get card updated. forgot to tell second person at counter staying 4 days not just 2. all was good. never left room third day so went to counter 4th day and got cards redone. i love this spacious room. would like to know each time what exactly to book on line for spacious room and view. thanks. have a nice day. grace/ carl
