The moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was greeted by the most pleasant, refreshing scent. It instantly created a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. The fragrance wasn't overpowering ,just clean, elegant, and calming. It really set the tone for a great stay.

Love the queit ambience they offer. The room is excellent, the service is superb. Will definitely come back here when I visit KL.

Overall, I found the stay quite pleasant. However, I was a bit puzzled and disappointed during check-out when we were asked to present our passports again for scanning. We had already explained to the reception that our passports were photocopied at check-in by a staff member. It was frustrating to be told that there were no records in the system, and I don't believe guests should be inconvenienced this way—especially after providing a reasonable explanation. I hope this can be looked into to improve the check-out experience for future guests.

The location is great, lot’s of restaurants and few grocery stores close by. Rooms are comfy and spacious. We had rooms on 46 floor (54 total) and view was amazing, especially in the evening. Buffet breakfast is good, however, i would prefer to have a bit more european food. It is mostly aisian.

This is my 2nd stay in Mercure Trion. I think your receptionist are working under pressure. Check in and check out process took almost 10 minutes. Parking rate for hotel guest is unacceptable. I don't think soo will return back to Mercure Trion.
