As a wheelchair user who has traveled quite a lot in the last 2 years I have experienced a wide range of “accessible” hotel rooms. This room was not only very spacious which makes getting around it a joy but the bathroom facilities were excellent also. Very happy with our one night stay and would certainly revisit this hotel when returning to New Zealand

Easy to get from terminal and the room and breakfast and staff were great

Nice room, staff service could be improved

3 staff members all not serving but still took nearly 10mins to get served and a drink. Busy charging devices and talking. Had to go and ask again to be served. Then when looking to settle a bill, had similar problems and took my vouchers, but still charged for drinks. Earliest booking at restaurant was 9pm so ended up getting room service. Overcooked thin steak and few greens. King suite room was nice, comfy bed and nice bath. However controller for aircon was not working so became too warm. Lack of pressure in shower and the rail rose would continually slide down.

The food at the restaurant has got worse. The quality if poor as is the flavors. The service was also very slow for our dinner on Thursday night. This is a deciding feature of why we wouldn't come back next time as the food has been consistently poor. Check-in staff are great, facilities are great,
