Every time I stay at IBIS I have issues to get the invoice, they say that is a system problem, that the system is new, but the invoice I need is issued in the Town Hall website, so, the website is external, so, no excuses to delay the invoice.

Additionally, the absence of hand towels is disappointing and detracts from the overall experience. Moreover, the lack of on-site parking facilities means guests are required to utilize a third-party service at an additional cost, which can be an inconvenience for those traveling by car.
