I come here a lot for business, but despite my many complaints over the past year to the hotel staff about a serious problem with the hotel's TV stations, which only have one English station out of 40, and they don't work either, except for 3 local stations. This is definitely not a place for business people. Every time I just hear excuses that it will be taken care of and nothing happens.

Ibis Styles Tbilisi Center is a centrally located hotel within walking distance of Freedom Square and lots of great restaurants. We stayed for a week. Breakfast was good much better than those in US hotels. Free coffee and cappuccino and espresso available all day long. The staff were very very helpful. The only downside, not the fault of the hotel, is that there is a lot noise and smoke that filters up from the restaurants across the street until 2 in the morning. Yes we could close the windows but the AC is very inadequate in the rooms making them quite warm at night making it hard to sleep. One other note, Bolt (think uber or lift) was very useful but often had trouble finding the hotel.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The service was excellent The Front Office Manager personally welcomed and assisted with every matter during check-in. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The location is perfect, right in the city center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, so you don’t need to go far to find a good place to eat. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city
