Avantages : prix, jacuzzi dans la suite, bâtiments relativement neuf Inconvénients : emplacement, pas de panorama ni de la terrasse ni du rooftop malgré que nous étions dans une suite, peu d'attention sur le service malgré mon statut accor Gold, problème électrique répété avec les cartes dans chambre (obligé d'appeler le service technique presque chaque jour)

bonjour, je vous ai envoyé un mail pour vous indiquer mon arrivée a votre hotel, en vous indiquant que j'etais silver accor member, a mon arrivée aucun acceuil, il a fallu demander le respect de la procedure d'acceuil. ET DU BLA BLA movenpick plateau de fruit ainsi que Mercure , mais Novotel rien,,,, pourquoi , alors de Novotel Banckok c'est different ????????
