tres tres sale . je suis choqué par l'état de moquette et draps. la chambre n'etait pas nettoyé correctement. plan de trace de liquids tombe sur moquette le drap tres vieux décolore . c'était horrible

IBIS Hôtel a été une merveilleuse expérience. Très bien situé au centre de Diera, face au DIera Center Mall, il dispose d'une équipe polyvalente, aimable et professionnelle. Je pense d'abord, aux réceptionnistes Mesdames Marla et Wassima; Marla: qui prend le temps nécessaire de vous recevoir et répondre à votre préoccupation avec attention, respect et patience. Wassima: la marocaine, qui parle très bien l'anglais, le français et l'Espagnol. Pour moi et plusieurs francophones clients, elle est un miroir du caractère international du Groupe ACCOR. Grâce à ses facultés linguistiques, nous pouvions avoir ce sentiment d'être à Dubaï dans ville-monde. Aussi, son aptitude à manager les imprévus auprès des clients. Il y a encore Mme Pauline, aussi discrète que présente, elle assure un très bon acceuil au petit déjeuner que nous prenions chaque matin au restaurant : Elle Vielle et s'assure que rien ne vous manque. Avec elle toute l'équipe, en particuliers Mme Michelle (Philippiennes) qui est tellement serviable que poli peu importe les humeurs du client en face d'elle. Elle a une maitrise de soi exceptionnelle ; la Chef cuisinière sud-Africaine de Cap Town et du jeune cuisinier francais qui pour moi et mon épouse, avait composé une omelette au plat, très assaisonné comme j'aime avec du fromage et très garnis. Plusieurs clients chinoix et autres d'ailleurs en demandèrent aussi car ils apprécièrent cette complicité en cuisine. Ce geste était pour mon épouse et moi très affectif, au point où, nous sentions chez nous comme si nous étions nous même en cuisine. Et, nous avons recommandé à plusieurs connaissances cet établissement hotelier de très bon standard, propre, sécurisé, avec des tarifs abordables et préférentiels. Aussi, je veux souligner toutes les mesures liées COVID pour la sécurité de sa clientèle. Je voyage quand même assez et visite des hôtels dans le monde, mais IBIS est un hôtel recommandable je pense et, dans le lequel on ressent cette chaleur humaine et cette attention particulière. Il a réussi à jumeler professionnalisme et famille. Merci à tous et à mes amis Olu et Kennedy pour leurs disponibilités à servir et à renseigner toujours dans la bonne humeur. Thank you! Enfin, bravo au manager qui est présent, humble et accessible. Pour IBIS je dis 9/10. le point manquant, c'est pour dire plus de personnel Bilingues! IBIS Hotel was a wonderful experience. Very well located in the center of Diera, in front of the DIera Center Mall, it has a versatile, friendly and professional staff. I think first of all, to the receptionists Mrs. Marla and Wassima; Marla: who takes the necessary time to receive you and answer your concern with attention, respect and patience. Wassima: the Moroccan, who speaks English, French and Spanish very well. For me and many French speaking clients, she is a mirror of the international character of the ACCOR Group. Thanks to her linguistic skills, we could have this feeling of being in Dubai in a world city. Also, her ability to manage the unexpected with customers. There is also Mrs. Pauline, as discreet as present, she ensures a very good reception at the breakfast that we took every morning at the restaurant: She is old and makes sure that nothing is missing. With her all the team, especially Mrs. Michelle (Filipino) who is so helpful and polite no matter what the mood of the customer in front of her. She has an exceptional self-control; the South African Chef from Cape Town and the young French cook who for me and my wife, composed a very seasoned omelet as I like with cheese and very garnished. Several Chinese and other customers also asked for it because they appreciated this complicity in the kitchen. This gesture was for my wife and me very emotional, to the point where we felt at home as if we were ourselves in the kitchen. And, we recommended to several acquaintances this hotel establishment of very good standard, clean, secure, with affordable and preferential rates. Also, I want to emphasize all the measures related to COVID for the safety of its customers. I travel quite a bit and visit hotels around the world, but IBIS is a recommendable hotel I think and, in which we feel this human warmth and this special attention. It has managed to combine professionalism and family. Thanks to all and to my friends Olu and Kennedy for their availability to serve and inform always in a good mood. Thank you! Des remerciments à Cher Directeur qui prends soin des critiques des clients. Nouvel appareil de television et audio visuel. Preferez de sejourner dans des chambres vue parc, tres silencieux et beau de se reveiller vers une verdure.Un petit effort pour changer les tapis et le textile du sofa (plein de taches) sera un grand atout pour cet hotel avec prix imbattabkle et sa localisation pres du metro et de l aeroport.
