L'hotel est bien situé à moins de 10 mn de l'aéroport, ce qui est important compte tenu de la circulation à Dubai. L'hotel a un accès direct au centre commercial de Deira et à une station de métro. L'hotel est confortable et bien équipé salle de sport, spa et lounge et un restaurant self et un bar. Le personnel est très disponible et prévenant. Un seul regret il manque un restaurant gastronomique.

L’hôtel est bien situé mais l’accueil le d’un member gold laisse à désirer. Le personnel n’a pas été trop professional et bienveillant

Un accueil attentionné et très chaleureux! Une chambre au 11ème étage près de l’executive Lounge! Je reviens toujours chez vous, ce doit être mon sixième ou septième séjour!
