Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel pour découvrir une chambre fumeur, alors que notre réservation stipulait une chambre non-fumeur. Après un vol particulièrement long, nous avons dû faire preuve de patience pour obtenir un changement de chambre. Le lendemain matin, nous avons constaté une fuite importante près de la lumière de la salle de bains, ce qui a également compliqué le processus de changement de chambre. Quelques heures plus tard, nous avons trouvé une boîte de chocolat sur notre lit, cadeau de l’hôtel. Cependant, aucun surclassement ne nous a été accordé en compensation de ces désagréments, ce que je trouve assez déplorable. De plus, lorsque j'ai souhaité me rendre au petit déjeuner à l’étage, il m’a fallu repasser par l’accueil pour justifier de mon passeport, malgré le fait que je l'avais déjà présenté à l’hôtel. J'avais en outre réglé mes petits déjeuners à l'avance. Le seul point positif a été la qualité du lit, qui s’est avéré confortable, ainsi que la sympathie du personnel, bien qu'il existe une certaine incohérence dans le service. Je dois également mentionner le buffet, qui est très diversifié, même si certains ustensiles de cuisine mériteraient d'être nettoyés plus régulièrement. Vous pourriez penser que je fais preuve d’un esprit critique, mais j'ai l’habitude de séjourner dans des établissements cinq étoiles, tels que des relais et des châteaux, dont j’attends des expériences culinaires intéressantes. Je ne sais pas si l’hôtel souffre d'un manque de personnel ou si des travaux affectent la qualité du service, mais, dans tous les cas, le Pullman ne reflète pas le luxe auquel je m'attendais. Enfin, la vue de la chambre donne sur une vaste zone de câblage technique, évoquant un aspect visuel peu attrayant. Il est clair qu'un effort considérable est nécessaire tant sur le fond que sur la forme.

Le petit déjeuner pas trop de choix il y avait une base c’était plus européen à mon étage il y avait des travaux un peu bruyant et surtout l’odeur de la peinture et de l’enduit insupportable la Clim je n’arriver pas à la faire fonctionner c pas grave puisque il faisait froid mais avec l’odeur obligé de la mettre voilà un peu dessus ne mérite pas ce prix là pour moi j’ai déjeuné été à aloft qui est juste à côté c était meilleur pour les même service le ptit dej été plus varié la piscine était belle je ne recommanderais pas votre hôtel à mon entourage mais plutôt aloft pour le même prix si je devais choisir voilà mais il y a eu des points positifs comme même le personnel. Tous étaient très accueillant
