Expérience exceptionnelle ! Le personnel était très accueillant et serviable du premier au dernier jour. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe notamment à Filemeno, Sadikshya, Shimul, Bimal, Margaret et l'équipe ayant travaillée la nuit du 10 au 11 Novembre à la réception de la résidence pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et la recommandation des hôpitaux de proximité pour les soins de notre fille souffrant du rhume. Les chambres étaient parfaitement propres, ainsi que les salles de bain et les espaces communs. Un emplacement idéal à proximité du centre ville, centre commercial, l'aéroport et bien d'autres attractions.

J'avais fait ma réservation sur Booking.com et j'ai dû ajourné celle-ci pour des raisons personnelles mais on ne m'a pas suivi car ils ont refusé de me rembourser ou même reporter mes dates en fin de compte j'ai payé 2 fois l'hôtel pour un seul séjour !
