Novotel Bur Dubai Hotel 4 stars

Location is perfect i hate traffic jams and the location is far from any. easy access to all areas and is on average not more than 20min of everything. Also a metro station is nearby.

Hotel overall experience was really great, check-in was but dry. But the lady name Amal really a star. I planned for this stay and it was been charged already, but due some sudden situation I have to cancel or move on other date. Due to some technical issues I was unable to make, but my Fiance tried to communicate with Amal and she helped us to make date change instead of canceling the plan and on that she arrange an upgrade with welcome amenities. It was really great.

Everything was smooth from check in to check out. The location was great. The staffs are nice and accommodating. Will come back for sure. I just hoped they were more proactive. Booked this 2-night stay for a birthday celebration, no greetings or whatsoever. Other hotels Ive stayed to before provided a slice of cake and fruits on our room with birthday greeting when we checked in which surprised us. But nonetheless, Im still happy with my stay here. I just hope next time you go the extra mile and check booking notes or the ids for special occasions. That would make the guests' stay more memorable.

Checked in without any delay or difficulty. The reception staff was really friendly and helpful. Rooms are good enough for the amount i had paid. One of the dishes ordered via room service was bit salty, gave a feedback immediately and the manager contacted me. He was nice too. Breakfast buffet did not have too many options. But staffs in the restaurant were really friendly. Only issue i had faced was on the pathway to parking within the hotel. The pathway was very narrow and my vehicle got hit on the wall near one of the hair pin bends while i was vacating the hotel. Paint on the vehicle got damaged and got a dent as well (CC TV cameras could be checked), and i lost money for repairing. I did not have the time to inform anyone in the hotel at that time and i know that wouldn't help me either. If i knew about this narrow pathway to parking i wouldn't have taken my vehicle there. Nice if you need a hotel in a business trip. The room space not bad, parking available but you will park your car by your self (better for me), very clean hotel and they care a lot about COVID 19, the breakfast buffet is good but you are not allowed to take by yourself because of COVID, i needed a bottle of water it took me 3 phone calls and they brought it after more than hour!, they don't give slippers as other hotels. The location is excellent and easy to approach. Compared to Dubai hotels you may get better service in 3 stars hotels note that this is a 4 stars hotel

The hotel was very good value for money and as I'm a gold member of the Accor loyalty programme, I got an upgrade to a suite after a very nice welcome from Diksha. It's close to the Wafi Mall, the Raffles hotel and the Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk. There's a small exercise room. Since the rooftop swimming pool is quite small, about 15 metres long, you can always buy a day pass to use the pools at the other hotels. You have a very nice view of them from the rooftop. It's very convenient for getting a PCR test close by for AED 150 at the Emirates Speciality Hospital 24 hours a day without an appointment but with a rather long queue. The hotel opened in November 2019 so the rooms are in good condition and my small suite was fine with a dining and living area and a large bedroom with a desk and two armchairs. There was a minibar in each room which was nice as I had done some shopping at Marks & Spencer at Festival Mall and had dinner in the room. I had an enjoyable stay there and would come back again.

Good service and pleasant staff. Good price for this type of room and services. Location in middle of hospitals is during this time à Little bit anxiogen.For business purposes remain perfect. Due to Covid-19 restrictions didn t use so much hôtel some of hôtel facilities.

My stay in Novotel Bur Dubai was so pleasant. The staff were friendly and caring. House keeping service was excellent, especially with Niteshchttri. He was so responsible, kind, polite, and timely. The price was so economical during the time of pandemic. I highly recommend this place.

the location was suitable for me as i was attending a training in health city , room is good , sofa bed is not comfortable , , check in and out is fast , breakfast limited and need to have more variety , in general i like it

Good neat and clean hotel with small gym and roof terrace swimming pool. The reception staffs are very friendly. On other hand food is costly and taxi availablity near hotel is bit difficult due to its remote location.
