Hotel reception employee seems they had no education about hospitality. Hospitalitiy might not be the essential skill for this hotel, But I think customers should not get bad feeling when checking in hotel or spending my own money to purchase service.

The view was striking. However, mistakenly having been charged 20 won too few, I was made to go down to the front desk to cancel the payment and then redo the payment. As other guests were queuing as well, because of another mistake, I had to wait. I then received no apology! 10 minutes of my time for 20 won is just insulting and not the standards this hotel chain should adhere to.

The stay was satisfactory. The hotel was clean. The location of the master controls for the lights is in a terrible place. I had to call the front desk to ask how to turn off the lights. I could not see it because it was covered with my travel mate's pillow. I had to wake her up to turn off the lights. The BBQ dinner buffet was not up to expectations. It was a grilled meat buffet not a BBQ. The sauna was clean and nice.

수영을 즐기기에 7월초 동해 바다는 아직 차지만 아이들 데리고 부담없이 다녀올 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 16시 이후 체크인에 10시 체크아웃이었지만 즐거웠어요~투숙시간대가 웰컴 드링크 사용시간이 아니었음에도 따로 준비해주셔서 더욱 좋았네요~10월엔 부모님 모시고 한번더 투숙 예정입니다.
