Had a great stay in December. Staff were friendly and patient in responding to our requests, and the location is superb, with easy access to Pantai Cenang where restaurants, malls and activities such as water sports and day tour kiosks are available.

While our initial experience at Mercure Hotel Langkawi was less than ideal, with a room mix-up and a non-functional AC, Andrew, a true lifesaver, quickly rectified the situation by upgrading us to a Presidential Suite at no extra cost. This unexpected upgrade significantly improved our stay and showcased the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. The hotel's strategic location is another major plus point. It's conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the beautiful island of Langkawi. Despite the initial hiccup, the exceptional service provided by Andrew and the hotel's prime location make Mercure Hotel Langkawi a decent choice for a Langkawi getaway.

The stay was very awesome and I would like to Thank your Manager Samsol who did communicate with me for the birthday arrangements deco which was done without mess. The room very super clean n big. The air-conditioning was working well. The overall stay was a majestic. The location was just right near to beach,walking distance to other nearby attractions. Surely will come again. soon. To add love the huge breakfast variety from western to local on special note I love the Croissant.

Stayed here with my family in 2023 and came back in 2024 in conjunction with LIHM 2024. Love the hotel. Very spacious room with a good breakfast spread. The swimming pool is shaded for a swim at any time of the day. My daughter loves the kids room. All the staff are very friendly. The hotel is also conveniently located just behind cenang mall and opposite of dataran cenang. So a walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shops and the beach. Will come back for sure!
