Wonderful staff, to name a few Shaz, Alif, Isna and Disappointed with the room AC, lighting and pillows Duvet not fitting the bed Had breakfast and noticed even at 9:30 no replenishment of food was done

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel and would like to commend Hiddayah and Azzah at the Reception for their exceptional service provided throughout my stay. From check-in to departure, every staff member was warm, attentive, and highly professional. And I want to commend Thapa &Rojesh from housekeeping dept. for making sure our room is spotless clean, supplied with clean towels. The hospitality extended by the team truly made the experience memorable. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction, always greeting guests with genuine smiles and prompt assistance. The hotel was beautifully maintained, and the overall atmosphere reflected a high standard of care and excellence. Thank you to the entire team for making the stay so enjoyable. I look forward to returning again in the future.

Langkawi was our last stop in our travel in Malaysia. The selection of the hotel was the best decision that we made. First, the location is perfect it is close to main street, but far enough to avoid the noise, the hotel got a nice and relaxing vibe., and the beach is walking distance. When we arrived the person in the counter help us with everything, they were attentive and polite at all times, despite of our early arrival they made possible an early check in, something that we really appreciated 👍🏾. The room was big enough and and spotless. The housekeeping was magnificent. The pool is clean and the environment around it is calming and peaceful. The food in the restaurant is the best, good quality, amazing taste and the customer service was perfect. The staff that you have in that area the are really knowledgeable about the food and drinks in the menu.

The reception staff was not helpful at all. I asked for a insect killer as my car got some insects in the hotel parking. They straight up refused. Also they were not helpful for even small requests. It also seemed like they were racist. However the helpers were good. They helped us with the luggage and parking. I would highly suggest you to bring better reception staff. I rate my experience poor.
