They have the best spa ever! The swimming pool was also great, but the spa and massage by are best!!!! 스파가 만족스럽고 조식도 맛있어요. 인터컨티넨탈이란 풀만 중에 고민했는데 여기로 선택하길 잘한 것 같아요!! 너무 만족스러워요! 다음에도 풀만 리조트에 묵을것 같아요. 특히 스파에서 그렇게 비싸지 않은 가격에 차별화된 서비스를 받을 수 있어서 좋았어요 다음에도 꼭 이곳 스파를 들리고 싶어요.

We stayed 7 nights at Pullman Phu Quoc with a luxury escape deal. The whole week has been an absolute delight! All staff are very courteous and attentive. Every query was attended to. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have seen, cooked fresh and displayed beautifully. Highlight of our stay was the spa. Thuy did the best massage, I wish I visited every day.

The perfect stay at the fantastic Pullman Phu Quoc, a magnificent resort on the beach with manicured gardens and water features throughout. Large pools surrounded by beautiful trees and shrubs and close to an excellent night market selling fresh seafood and souvenirs. The resort also provides a free downtown shuttle bus leaving on a regular schedule. Several different room categories offer plenty of of choice. All of them are modern and both well appointed and maintained. The F&B team in particular are extraordinary with the signature Mad Cow Restaurant on the top of the hotel being their crowning glory. But certainly the main lobby restaurant holds its own and more, as does the lovely beachfront bar and restaurant where the lovely Tham’s huge smile can’t be missed. The breakfast buffet is exceedingly good in variety, quality and service. The buggy team who ferry guests throughout the huge property, right up to midnight are tireless in their endeavors and so very friendly and courteous. The resort plays great music through special hidden garden speakers throughout its expansive and meticulously maintained gardens, making a stroll around them even more enjoyable. In particular, the Front Office team were so very kind and helpful to us. General Manager Frank Weiss and his Director of Operations Hung Vo and their fabulous teams have this breathtaking property running like a clock and redefine what resort hospitality really should be.

This is the first time I have come and experienced a resort with a beach where I can watch such a beautiful sunset! I really like it and want to recommend everyone to go to the pool bar to enjoy drinks and watch the sunset at the beach! Dinner at Salt and Pepper was very warm with the family was very friendly. I highly recommend Duy, Thao, Vy! In addition, the staff is also very enthusiastic from check-in to check-out. 100/100!

Interesting trip, impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, especially the housekeeping staff, LUU, decorated my room very beautifully, my children loved it. Hotel near the airport, near Sonasea night market, with free bus to the center.
