Me and my partner came for our Romantic trip to Thailand and this was one of the last stop on our Thailand trip. From arrival until the day we left the staff were all so kind and we really enjoy our short stay. The food was delicious at Tambu, the chef really impressed us. We eat alot of Indian food in England and the experience at Tambu was out of this world. The room we had was in a good location we had the view of the pool and housekeeping even did some small towels animals for us which was super cute. I would like to thank the whole resort team for our lovely stay! We will be back again!

Our room (once we moved) was gorgeous and had a lovely outlook over the pool etc. The room we booked had a private rooftop, which while it sounded lovely, was not what we expected. It was dark and the outlook was bleak, looking at a concrete spa bath with no greenery etc. The upstairs rooftop was void of any “personality”, it was stiffling hot as no breeze, the floor boards were in poor condition, you could not walk on them without shoes as nails were popping up etc, so after a nights sleep we talked to reception and met the amazing Jag who not only was delightful, but so professional and understanding and set about showing us other rooms of which we chose one - this made all the difference to our stay. Our room steward “Boy” was so eager to please, again very polite and nothing was too much trouble for him. We had great experiences and the many pools and bars, happy hours was great too. Sprite looked after us at the adults only pool on many occasions and was lovely to deal with. We also had lovely experiences at all the restaurants and the food across the resort was fantastic and high quality - the breakfast buffet was a feast for the eyes every day. Vishal and Bella were standouts in terms of service at the Vista Restaurant. The complimentary daily shuttle was great, but we were amazed that no return service was offered - especially when say the 2pm shuttle was going into Patong/Karon it could have brought those who went in at 10.30am back again? This would have really added to the service. There was also a long gap from 4pm shuttle and the next one 10pm, guests really needed something in between as that is when most people want to go out, so this was an added expense getting into town in the evenings. Other than the pool bars and the restaurants, there was no other stand alone bar that you could just head to for a drink - the Rendevue Bar was closed? The rooftop bar was lovely, but it was expensive on a daily basis. The pool bars also closed early, even thought the pools were open until 7pm, the bar was often shut by 6pm, even when the pool was full, which made no sense? Overall however, we had a wonderful time, the property was lovely, the team were fantastic and the adults only area was good. Thank you all so much, we’ll definetly be back.
