Very disappointed after staying at other hotels in your chain...staff not helpful....no food available at all after we had spent 9 hours travelling....plus I was charged twice....I paid weeks beforehand when I booked but had no Internet when I arrived to be able to prove it and your member of staff insisted I had to pay
